Trail to Taos

A gang of bandits and Apaches have been robbing stagecoaches and wagon trains including massacring the victims in some cases.

Bronco goes undercover for the Postal Service hoping to catch them in the act and find who is behind it. To aid Bronco in his infiltration, fake wanted posters placing a $2000 bounty on Bronco's head which will be distributed. It manages to him inside the gang and he discovers a strange scheme concerning keeping the army fighting the injuns. The leader has a score to settle against the army as his father killed himself when the army court-martialed him.

Bronco is told to ride on the Stagecoach as a guard/ alongside a tomboy driver/stageline owner to keep an eye on things ... meanwhile Bronco's "wanted" status is being verified by the gang leader as precaution ...

Trail to Taos is a fast-paced affair with a good idea - the villains have a big scheme, sort of outlandish like a Bond villain's. It's like a thriller. But there's plenty of action, intrigue and a good chemistry between Bronco and the gang leader.
