First appearance of (actress, Rhoda Gemignani) as Joan Rossi (or 'Miss Rossi', in other episodes). Here she's a job applicant (as a possible temp replacement for Carol). In her later appearances, she's one of Dr. Hartley's patients, but, no matter the character, they all share a very, very neurotic view of men - thinking they're (all) 'after her', for one reason, only.

A stellar episode.

I forgot how good this episode was. It's absolutely loaded with big laughs. Emily (Suzanne Pleshette) actually is very efficient as Carol's (Marcia Wallace) replacement. But, it's the doctors who are impossible to work for with their demands.

One of my favorite bits in the series is the Tippy Tuppernan description and the subsequent phone calls Bob has with her. Pretty Teri Garr looked great. Rhoda Gemignani as Joan Rossi is hilarious. Usually obnoxious Howard Platt as Dr. Phil Newman is quite toned down.

Bob starts at 10 am seems odd. Emily can't squeeze in some housework like working women do?

Joe DiMaggio had 2 more home runs than Johnny Mize. I don't think Jerry made a mistake pronouncing Willie Mays. He was actually referring to Johnny Mize.
