Ridiculous imposition on the Hartleys clicks.

Decent casting of pains Dianne and Frank (ex-pro football player Mike Henry). Nice guy Bob gets in quite the pickle with complete strangers. Great scene with imposing behemoth Mike Henry threatening Bob. Phone book bit is a series classic. Humor is strong throughout. Bob Newhart of course is comedy gold with his signature phone call shtick. Emily is the pretty villain here involving Bob with annoying Dianne and potentially volatile Frank.
