    Pretty average.

Officers are virtual spectators as a group of Bailiffs take control of a small residential area, after court orders have been ignored.

I wasn't a massive fan of this one, the events here seem very far fetched, is it at all possible that such things would have happened? Wouldn't there have been an uproar and press presence?

Good points includes the corrupt councillor, no prizes for guessing his party, and the frustrations between Conway and Monroe, The latter clearly thinking that the former is on the take.

Once again the array of acting talent is on display, both Paul Copley and Sian Thomas, two real talents, both elevate a fairly ordinary story.

    Not a favourite, 6/10.
