As Gladys looks through the living room window, there is paint on the glass window. In the second view from inside of Gladys looking through the window, there is no paint on the glass.
Just before Darrin tells Samantha about the house, Samantha's hands keep moving on and off Darrin's shoulders between shots.
When Gladys first looks into the window to get a glimpse of Samantha's actions, a large wooden support beam is visible across the top of the window, revealing that the "house" is just an exterior.
As Samantha and Endora look at the new house, past the camera's "eye," they're not actually looking at the house. To give the impression that the Kravitz house is behind them in the background, they are actually looking into the Park at the Columbia Ranch. The house in the background is officially known as the Lindsay House, used in the TV series, "Hazel," as the Baxter residence. This house sits to the left of the Higgins House (the new Stephen's house) as you look from the street. Clever editing fools the viewer into believing that there is a house across the street when there is really a large park.
When Gladys Kravitz comes out her front door, it is the Partridge House, located on the other side of the Corner Church. In fact, she comes out and heads to her right, which is how she would need to go to get to the Higgins House.

Apparently, the Stephenses could not afford to RENT a home with
a refrigerator - but could afford a Mortgage on their one and only
NEW home.
Darrin didn't approve her witchcraft - but let Sam twitch in the eggs, milk,.. for breakfast and dinner. Otherwise, oops.
