Trivia
This was Sharon Tate's first appearance (of 13) as Janet Trego, a member of the bank's secretarial pool. She had a one-off appearance two episodes back as one of Cynthia Fenwick's friends.

Goofs
The two-door convertible that Jane Hathaway and Mr. Drysdale drive through the Clampetts' gate is a different model and color from that in which they arrive at the house (at around 25 minutes).

SEE THIS FOR BARBARA NICHOLS.

Producer and writer Paul Henning made a fantastic choice(!) by getting wisecracking "Blonde Bombshell" Barbara Nichols on the show. Perfect-o match for Jethro, a fab episode that hits the bullseye.

Jethro believes its time for him to check out the dating scene in Beverly Hills(?) and try to land a gal pal? Just Nuts. You can't blame the guy for trying -- but what can you say about Chickadee Laverne, the stripper? A stripper? Barbara Nichols is a riot, known for her unique voice. She puts all her talent to good use here, keeping Jethro on his toes. And what about Jed and Granny? Wait and see. 100 percent bananas.

Beautiful Sharon Tate makes her first appearance, playing secretary Janet Trego. A favorite of Paul Henning, who cast her in twelve additional episodes. Many film buffs forget Sharon Tate had her humble beginnings on this show.

Notes are correct; Miss Jane drives two different cars, though she always had a sleek red Plymouth or Dodge convertible. If you were a fan of this show, cars were a featured attraction, particularly in the color episodes. Paul Henning made it a point to showcase some neat hot wheels.

SEASON 2 EPISODE 6 remastered CBS dvd box set. Seasons 6 through 9 are expected to be released on blu ray in 2027. Thanks to METV for running every episode.
