im 20 year old guy and have been doing this for a long time since i was in high school, and even though im just starting this again, its still as tough and pretty effective as ever! all the workouts you do here are very basic moves and if you get good enough at it, you wont even need the tape! i followed the tape for a while, then i just started doing all the weight lifting moves she showed and started doing it on my own time by myself using heavier weights. all the moves she shows you in this upper body workout tape is very effective, and you can then take those moves and do whatever you want with them if you get good at it. the ab workout and lower body workouts are also very good, this is certainly an all around good workout anyone should do!
