- The opening nudity scene is quite disturbing for younger children.
- No actual sex is seen in the movie.
- A nude woman sits in a bathtub. (Her nipples are visible for a second.) Multiple times breasts are seen.
- Women are seen wearing skimpy outfits. (Bikini-type tops with thongs and fishnet stockings.) They're seen dancing on stage, spinning on poles and moving suggestively around a man. The same man smacks both on the bottoms.
Violence & Gore

- An infected man attacks and kills several people with an axe. He then cuts off a corpse's hand and head in order to bypass a security door.
- A man is burned alive onscreen. Once he is dead he is then cut up and eaten by a mob of cannibals.
- A small child is shot through the eye, but survives.
- Several people are shot with small handguns. Bloody bullet wounds are seen.
- A man shoots another man with a shotgun and 2 bullet holes are shown is his torso but is only shown for 2 seconds.
- Soldiers spray rioting crowds with bullets from assault rifles. We see many people getting shot with blood spray.
- People are shown vomiting blood and pus. We see their skin bubble and melt off as they die from a virus.
- A soldier is kicked onto the ground and hit in the face.
- A man gets his hand crushed in a large mechanical door.
- We see hundreds of dead and decaying bodies lying in a field.
- A man is run over with a large vehicle.
- A man gets shot through the head with an arrow.
- A man is pushed off a balcony and hits the ground hard. We see a pool of blood spread out under his head.
- A man on a horse is shot repeatedly with a sub-machine gun. We see the man get riddled with bullets in bloody fashion as he is knocked off the horse.
- A man commits suicide offscreen, but wee see blood and brain matter hit the wall behind him.
- A man has multiple arrows shot through his body, we see his clothes soaked with blood as he falls over.
- A car sideswipes a motorcycle. The motorcycle crashes and we see an explosion.
- A man tied to the front of a car screams as the car crashes through a trailer. We see man's blood body when the car comes through the other side.
- A man jumps through the window of a car. We see him wrestle with the members of the car until he is thrown out of the car. We see him scrape the road, but he manages to hang on to the window frame.
