This movie seemed to be a very good find. I was watching it the other day and saw it with the English subtitles. This movie dealt with many topics, including alcoholism, anorexia, underage sex, young love, paranoia, and the influence of a great mentor. I gave it an 8 because I thought it was missing that special oomf, but it did very well. The story was quite funny and sad because of the idea that Yanis's mother was the cause of the separation, not the father. Also, how Lucie battles anorexia after the death of her mother. These two meet in the most unlikely place of a cooking school and meet a very new and insightful teacher. he helps the both of them realize how alike they are and that no one can tell them what to do, since it is their life. This movie I would strongly recommend for its dramatic moments, but for its moments of comic relief as well, I mean a teacher catching some teens about to get it on in a room he was about to use for his own carnal activity is pretty funny, at least I think. These young actors really do have potential as future actors and actresses.
