I always get deep chuckle from condescending beer "lay-experts" who lose their chit over minuscule details in the narratives but, as both a certified beer judge, beer writer and home brewer, I found re-watching this series some 20 years later to be a nostalgic insight into the early years of craft beer culture in Australia. It was gratifying to see larger brewers using traditional gristed malt in process in an er when liquid malt-extract fast brew was the industry standard .
