Yari jat di is a one of the best punjabi movies of all time which won a silver jubilee award ,Preeti Sapru played a lovely role as a punjabi woman in this movie and looked her best no other woman could have played a better role than her.Veerendra also put everything he had in this movie The songs in the movie come from the famous punjabi bands of the 80s heera,Chirag pechan and others the songs really made the film a hit, All the songs were chosen by the producer of the film Surinder Singh Bahara (My Father) from Wolverhampton whom decided locations in the uk for the movie such as Telford Shroppshire,Wolverhampton town centre,eves night club in Wolverhampton,soho road in Birmingham.

The story line in the movie is fair and the comedy is simply great. The hero of the movie Veerendra was a really nice person having met him he was such a down to earth person who will be missed.

Yaari Jatt Di (Punjabi film) belongs to a hit actor-director Virendra......by all means hit maker of Punjabi films.....his box-office track record is silver jubilee maker. This film released at the time of disturbance in Punjab.but , history remain the same.....film CELEBRATE jubilee in theaters.....its a proved success......thanks to makers of the film.....SHOR FILMS. WHEN EVERY ONE LIKES IT.....SO I CAN ALSO SAY THIS IS A HIT FILM. now,we can talk about music of the film.....that also hit the success chart ......specially the hit number....gud nal ishq meetha....ho...ho...is so popular that Hindi film makers copy that one and later on song re-mixed time to time by music directors...locations are at his best in India and over seas abroad. sad song location in Punjab is just superb.....comedy king mehar mittal provide good support. for climax fight bhatta location used first time . if we talk about pair of Preity Sapru and Virendra.....this pair hit on silver screen from the time of ......Sarpanch......any one guarantee on the fact that if you cast Virendra and preity in a Punjabi movie......means film going to create a record of success. that's full and final and mark of success.
