In the hospital scenes several patient monitoring equipments are seen but Raj is not connected to any of it. In none of the scene he is seen wearing any sensors. The movie is shot in India and South Africa. Makers have tried to make the scenes and transition seamless. However glaring continuity inconsistencies can be noticed throughout the movie. For example sudden change in background scenery, costumes, building architecture, people in the background and so on.
When Karan visits Anjali's family to talk about Anjali and Raj's wedding, filming equipment and lights are visible for a very short duration in his sunglasses.
