Love During Lockup Star Latisha Collier Evicted Once Again
During her time on Love During Lockup, Latisha Collier was about two things. The first was her inmate husband, Keith and the second was her business. She was a boss and did not let anyone forget that fact. Latisha had her own tax preparation and financial services business which she had wanted Keith to be a part of. He had been helping get clients in prison but, as Latisha learned, it was not a good idea for him to be involved in any capacity. She seemed not to care and was gung-ho that he should...

Are Love During Lockup newcomers Andrew and Candice still together or have they already cut ties? It looked promising but that does not always mean much when one person is released from prison. So, where do they currently stand? Keep reading for more details.
Love During Lockup Spoiler: Andrew & Candice Still Together?
A new season of Love During Lockup began on Friday, April 19th and that means a bunch of new inmates and their outside loves. One couple is Andrew and Candice with the latter being incarcerated. Both have previously been married so they clearly have no fear of commitment. Yet, as many men do on these shows (and sometimes women), Andrew is preparing to set Candice up for her release. Not only is he getting them an apartment so they can start their lives together but he is getting her a truck. That is never a good idea as...

Love After Lockup cast member Tayler George met bad boy Chance Pitt, and the pair filmed for the franchise. Recently, Tayler showed off a new man. So, what do we know so far about her new relationship?
Love After Lockup: Tayler George Fell For Criminal Chance Pitt
As most Love After Lockup stories go, Tayler George met Chance Pitt online when he was still behind bars. At the time the pair met, Chance was serving a seven-year sentence for grand theft auto and burglary after he robbed a bank. At least in the WEtv universe, this had all the makings of a perfectly twisted love story.
Even with all of that, Tayler and Chance’s relationship grew. They strengthened their connection through letters and phone calls. It was clear that these two were getting serious. Unfortunately, as often happens, the bubble bursts once the felon is back on the outside.

MSNBC is reworking its Saturday and Sunday schedules, giving Ali Velshi a morning program and adding Alicia Menendez to the roster.
The NBCUniversal-owned cable-news outlet will pluck Velshi from its weekday schedule, and give him a morning program that stretches from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. on Saturdays and Sundays. The move opens up the weekday 3 p.m. hour and breaks up the on-air team that leads “Velshi & Ruhle” at 1 p.m. David Gura, who currently anchors “Up” on Sunday mornings, will instead anchor “MSNBC Live” from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturdays. The new schedule is slated to launch in 2020.
“Going into 2020, there won’t be any slow news days. Our investment in weekends continues to be a priority for us,” says Phil Griffin, president of MSNBC.
The news outlet has for the past few years worked to build its weekend lineup as the national news cycle has grown more intense.

Although no release date has been revealed for the final season of “Orange Is the New Black,” Netflix has found one way to fill the gaping hole left by one of its flagship series: A reality show set inside a women’s prison. Following in the footsteps of A&E’s “60 Days In” and MSNBC’s “Lockup,” “Jailbirds” takes viewers inside the lives and loves of the inmates at the Sacramento County Jail. The series is produced by 44 Blue Productions, the documentary series production company behind the highly successful “Lockup” and its various franchise subsidiaries. This is Netflix’s first foray into the prison reality show genre.
Per the official synopsis: “Love, hate, betrayal — the drama never ends for both first-time and veteran inmates trying to survive behind bars. At the Sacramento County Jail, incarcerated women fight the power and one another as they try to make the best...

While Orange Is the New Black is a deftly written and widely beloved show, as some former prisoners have suggested, it’s not an 100% accurate representation of life inside the penitentiary system. Joy Reid on Saturday gave the broadcast of her career, which in a different era and climate might still be hanging by a thread.
Reid, a rising star at MSNBC, this past weekend offered a mea culpa for homophobic remarks unearthed on a now-defunct blog she operated several years ago. The news host has grappled with the issue for some time, and has already apologized for the remarks in the past. The new round of self-flagellation came after more items were unearthed last week. Reid claimed the new material was manipulated by hackers, and has employed a cybersecurity expert to bolster her assertions.
The trouble? She can’t prove them. So on Saturday, she gave herself over to the mercy of her viewership – and a few hand-picked guests representing the Lgbtq community. “I genuinely believe I did not write those hateful things because they are completely alien to me. But...
