  • Scott's Band is named Sex-Bob-omb. (A reference to the Bob-ombs in Nintendo's Mario Bros and the Tom Jones song).

Violence & Gore

  • All the violence in the film is intentionally comic and not intense.

  • Todd also flings Scott up in the air, then the young man lands on a pile of garbage. Again, no injuries.
  • Knives battles with swords. She doesn't injure anyone with them.
  • Knives and a Scott play a Ninja Dance-Revolution type arcade machine. A very brief image of a ninja kicking off another ninja's head, with some blood and gore, is flashed. "Blink and you will miss it" moment.
  • Some slapping between characters and mild arguing. A few characters can look menacing.

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • Lucas Lee mentions getting 'blazed'
  • Scott says he doesn't drink.
  • Scott says dating Ramona is like doing drugs. He then says he doesn't do drugs, unless she does drugs, and if she does, he does drugs all the time.
  • Scott orders two Gin and Tonics and drinks one of them.
  • Other people also drink alcohol occasionally in the background.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • The film is a little surreal, but in a good way
