- There is prolonged full-frontal male nudity.

- A surgery scene is seen. Fairly graphic.
- A corpse of a little girl is seen. She has blood on her thighs implying she was raped.
- A man has his knee-cap smashed with a sledgehammer. He is seen hopping in pain afterwords with his knee swollen to the size of a grapefruit, and you hear his cries of pain. Very graphic
- The same man is urinated on. His broken knee is stepped on, and he gets kicked in the face.
- A dead deer is seen, and the man being tortured is fed raw venison (deer meat)
- The same man is fired at with a shotgun, but the shooter intentionally misses to scare him.
- A deer with its organs removed is seen and covered up with branches and sticks.
- The man being tortured is hung back up by his arms and whipped with a metal chain, leaving open lacerations where the chain struck him. He then blacks out from the pain. His bruises can be seen throughout the rest of the movie. Very graphic.
- The man has an I.V. put into his arm.
- A man drags a half-eaten deer carcass through the woods and dumps it into a lake.
- The man being tortured is strapped to a table and injected with Curare (a drug that paralyzes your body but not your consciousness. In other words, you are paralyzed but you are still conscious), has a respirator put in his mouth, and is cut open at the stomach area, the torturer then sticks his fingers in the incision, and very briefly is shown taking something out (a part of the intestines). Later, the victim defecates from his belly (offscreen), although a small brief stream of urine is shown coming out of his belly.
