The home video version has behind the scenes photos of the cast and crew over the end credits. The theatrical version did not have these behind the scenes photos.
The DVD release includes a "Director's Cut" of the film, which runs about 4 minutes longer. According to David Duchovny, this version includes some more graphic / disturbing scenes that Chris Carter did not use in order to avoid an R-Rating.
