If you've ever lived with a selfish, hedonistic roommate, this film reels you back in time. The coming of age film mixes the making of a movie with the macabre, adds some Hitchcock with a hint of Woodie Allen, and then ends at the beginning. From the writer and director of award-winning "Him!" (1996), this longer film shows growth and development for Andrew Montlack. Surrealistic scenes and characters intertwine with the realistic frustration embedded in creating a movie. Plenty of suffering and humiliation lead a perfectly nice person to do not-so-nice things to others--on purpose and accidentally. Give this one a try and enjoy.
