All body parts on NPC's be blown off to the point where there is nothing left but their torso.

People can be stabbed in the front of the face and up through the chin.

People can be stabbed in the head.

The Punisher can pull the pin out of a grenade and stick it in NPC's mouths. They will then run around until the grenade detonates. The detonation often results in decapitation.

People can be set on fire. They will then run around screaming in pain until they die.

Most of the environmental interrogations result in dismemberment. Two of them result in someone's face getting removed completely. People can be stabbed in the head and face with dozens of objects including broken bottles and crow bars. These scenes are accompanied with incredibly realistic and truly graphic violence, and has massive amounts of bloodshed being left as a result, like blood pooling on the scenarios and limbs being dismembered.

You can pick up a TV and smash someone's head with it. Though usually obscured the interrogation kills can be modded to appear uncensored.

Overall, this a VERY violent game. However, this is all clearly intentional considering that the Punisher is an extremely violent and aggressive character.

The violence here is extremely graphic, detailed and disturbing, with extremely gruesome scenes of torture, and features plenty of explicit blood and gore that very usually accompany the extreme graphic violence of these brutal acts.

Strong language throughout.

The first part of the game takes place in a crack house although you do not come in contact with the crack, you come across a lot of crack junkies, violent addicts and drug dealers. There's quite a bit of cocaine later on in the game.

Some people can be disturbed by the game's violent content.
