The production went through two producers before settling on Scott Shipley.
Was originally intended to be two movies. The ending to the series was supposed to reveal that Anya's Romeo Division partner, Vanessa, had actually ordered the murder of Anya's sister with a huge fist fight to occur at the end. However, due to scheduling conflicts the second picture was scrapped and only one was produced.
The gun fight in the garage was supposed to occur in the second movie until the picture was canceled. The battle was then moved to the first (and only) movie.
The character of Burnham was supposed to introduced at the end of the first movie and then further established in the second as opposed to being a featured villain in the first.
The second film was supposed to have been a rescue movie. Originally Bobby Mako was supposed to be captured at the end of the first movie (instead of John Romeo) and while he was being saved in the second movie members of the Coalition would capture John Romeo and hold him hostage until the end.
