Sex & Nudity

- Some dead bodies are seen and one of them is a woman with an exposed breast, but it's very brief.
- There's a poster of a partially nude woman.
- One marine says he is "Looking forward to doing it with three she-boys." Brief.

- An infected woman's butt and breasts are briefly shown for 1-2 seconds.
Violence & Gore

- Reaper and Sarge engage in a brutal fight at the end of the film when Sarge begins to mutate, and during the fight Sarge jams a small metal bar through Reaper's hand, and the bloody wound is seen. Reaper eventually throws Sarge into a transporter which teleports him to another location with an explosive, and Sarge dies offscreen.
- Violence is present throughout the movie, especially towards the last third of the movie when the violence gets especially graphic.
- A woman's arm is severed by a closing door.
- There are several creatures represented: One type is a human zombie-looking being that lumbers about and appears to crave flesh, another is a slime-covered being with several eyes, sharp teeth, a long wriggling tongue and sharp claws, and yet another is an animalistic creature with long, sharp teeth.
- A man sees shimmering eyes in a dark tunnel, a creature lunges at him, presses him against a wall, takes a bite out of his neck and a slithering "tongue" tries to go into the man through the wound; other men with guns shoot the creature and the tongue.
- A man is grabbed by a creature, slammed back and forth into large pipes, thrown into a holding cell with electrical fencing around it, and the man swings a computer monitor at the creature hitting it; then the man Is thrown into the fence, he is held against the fence and shocked, he stabs the creature, hits it repeatedly with a long stick, and pins it against the fence where it is shocked, but it frees itself, grabs the man (now trying to climb out of the cell) and pulls him down to the floor again, where he lies motionless (he has a very bloody face and head).
- A man is grabbed by the face from above, he is pulled up through the ceiling, held by the feet and swung back and forth slamming into walls, and a plasma gun is fired and makes a huge hole in the ceiling and wall and the man is thrown to the floor (we see him covered with rubble and he appears to be dead).
- A man is grabbed by the head, swung back and forth slamming into walls, and dragged away by a creature.
- A man is injected with something and we see the man snarl and writhe and begin to transform (his hands begin to enlarge and become snarled and he sprouts long nails).
- A zombie eats a rat (we hear a crunch and see the tail wriggling between his teeth), and then picks up a knife and lunges toward two men holding guns, who shoot it.
- A vicious dog snarls and barks at a man and a woman, the man aims a gun at the dog, and the dog cowers and leaves; a large creature approaches the man from behind, it tries to bite the man (the man has a bloody wound on his arm), and he runs through a "nano wall" that closes behind him and traps the creature in it, the creature does spit its tongue out at the man before being stopped and we see part of the creature in the wall still wriggling and snarling.
- A naked (see sex and nudity section) infected woman who is missing her left arm is using scissors covered in blood to write a message on the wall. She then proceeds to attack two of the Marines who are forced to shoot her. Her corpse is shown laying on the ground with several bullet holes in her chest, and her chest is covered in blood. Sex & Nudity
- In the Unrated version, nudity is more prevalent. In a scene involving unusual sounds, Portman and The Kid stumble onto a naked, infected female. Nudity from both the front and back are visible, however lower nudity is not visible. Portman makes sexual remarks about the woman, unaware of the fact she was infected. The nudity is brief.
- Portman makes sexual remarks in some parts of the movie, including being in a closet of a hotel room with three "sheboys".
