- A man gets his arm closed in a garage door and then his pinky is cut off with a shovel. Blood sprays and the wound is shown.
- A man is hit in the face with a baseball bat. His bloody wound is shown later. He is then tied to a chair and thrown in the water. You see him sitting underwater.
- A woman is held against her will in a pool and then her throat is slit. Blood leaks from her jugular. She found bloody and tied up later.
- A woman with a bowling ball chained to her body is kicked into a pool. You don't hear from her again.
- A woman is thrown into a hole and buried alive. Her body is found later half burried.
- A cow is shown hanging upsidedown and the contestants have to cut out a piece and eat it. It is very gorey, bloody and disgusting. An eye is then shown inside the cow. One girl ends up spitting up the blood because she can't do it.
- A woman and a man fight. The woman kicks and hits the man and the man hurts her. They both struggle and hurt eachother. The woman is soon locked in a shed and not seen again.
- A man is stabbed with a knife, blood falls on the floor. He is found later being dragged to a dumpster. Blood trails across the floor.
- A room is filled with smoke and a man with an ax comes in and tries to kill them. No one dies. One contestant nearly dies.
- Two men are forced to swordfight, one man is stabbed through the chest, blood drips from his wound.
- Contestants are forced to balance on a platform. One man fell and if he was let back in the house, they would have to start over. He wasn't let back in, so he was shot in the back of the head with a rifle. It wasn't onscreen, but you know he dies.
- A woman crawls through a hatch and finds a dead body. She tries to escape, but is hunted down and has her head chopped off with a katana. Her head rolls down a hill and into the house. You can clearly see her decapitated head and headless body.
- A man is tasered.
- A man is hanged.
- A man has his arm cut off. It is seen oozing blood. A man then puts a tennis ball on his head and shoots him in the chest.
