- A man falls out of a rollercoaster and gets sliced in half by a metal beam. His body and intestines are shown and the scene is very VERY graphic.
- Some gruesome accidents and blood, but this is far less graphic than the first 2 movies. This movie calms down on the violence that was common in the first two.

- Fireworks shoot toward several people, they duck; the fireworks hit a cherry picker that is jolted and the cherry picker falls on a teen boy on the ground, vertically cutting him in half.
- A roller coaster begins its run, the cars begin to break apart, wheels fly off, cars separate from the track, the restraints unlock, and riders are thrown off of the ride: a teen boy dangles from the side of the speeding coaster, he is knocked loose by another piece and slams into a beam; the remaining cars stop at the top of a loop, riders cling to them, and several lose their grip and fall to the ground.
- A teen girl is impaled by a flagpole.
- A teen boy shoots several pigeons using a nail gun (two pigeons fall to the floor, dead).
- A rat is electrocuted by a frayed wire in a subway tunnel.
- A teen boy is kicked by a horse, he is thrown onto a table; a canister of propane gas is struck and a flame sprays him in the face (he is ok).
- Two teen boys shove and punch each other, and a teen girl standing behind them is accidentally slapped across the face.

Violence & Gore
- A teen boy's head is crushed by two gym weights. We see blood splatter but it cuts away quickly and we don't see the result.
- The roller coaster throws people off the ride and slams them into the side of the track which stabs straight through their skulls
- Two teen girls in tanning beds are trapped inside as the light bulbs begin to heat up past capacity; their bodies begin to burn, blister and the skin on one girl's leg splits, as they scream and pound trying to get out, but the glass covering the light bulbs breaks. One teen girl's face is cut and the glass beneath her breaks; both tanning beds then burst into flames and both girls scream in agony as they burn to death in the beds. More unsettling than gruesome.
- A teen girl falls back against a shelf and the nose of a nail gun causing it to shoot several nails into and through her head, causing blood to flow from her face.
- A truck with no driver rolls through a street and crashes into the back of a parked truck. The truck is pushed onto the back of the car in front and the truck's spinning radiator fan is pushed out of the bonnet and cuts into the male driver's head, spraying blood and body matter around. The fan sputters, forcing the driver's head to slump forward, revealing that the back of his head and brain have been truncated. One of the goriest deaths in the series.
- A subway comes off its tracks and begins to spin through a tunnel; a teen girl is crushed by a loose wheel that is thrown through the side of the subway and a teen boy is pulled out through the subway's window and splattered by another subway. Another teen girl is thrown from the subway and is injured; her injured leg prevents her from being able to escape before she is run over by another subway (offscreen).
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- Fireworks go off at a fair and scare a horse, causing it to run through a crowd; a teen girl is knocked down and dragged behind the horse when a rope is wrapped around her neck, and she is cut loose just before being pulled into a baler. This may be intense for some viewers.
