- A man disembowels a woman and has sex with the entrails, this is very gross to watch
- A man is seen raping a dead child, arguably the worst part of the film.

- The movie is about people going on a killing spree, and so in addition to the sexual content, the gore in this movie is absurd.
- A junkie is smashed to death with a clawhammer.
- A woman is sexually molested and raped. In an extended scene, her boyfriend is forced to slowly cut off his own penis with a pair of mustache scissors. One of the killers then proceeds to perform oral sex on the dismembered penis and molests the victim's girlfriend with it.
- Two women are sexually degraded and then puked on for an extended period of time by the killers. One woman has a bag put over her head and is smashed in the face with a blunt tool while another woman is disemboweled by one of the killers. Then one of the killers rapes the stomach wound.
- The killers perform a home invasion. A woman is stripped and raped.
- We see a large shed full of rotting corpses including a decapitated baby with maggots crawling all over it. The maggots are eaten off of the baby's corpse.
- A woman is bound and gagged and then abused before having her throat slit.
- A father and child are murdered offscreen before the child's body is raped in a bathtub.
- A woman is hung upside down and has her throat slit.
- A man slits his own throat.
- There's a scene after the credits in which a small cat eats a dead mouse.
