If this 2005 release seems fresher than others, it may be because it was filmed in 2001, just before the other pairings of Julian and Misty. This is a fitting beginning. Although they are practically the same age, Julian does seem older than Misty and the Seduction Cinema team has given them one of the classic T&A plots to work with, young girl finds sexual awakening with a close friend of the family. Unfortunately, there is isn't much to scream about in this movie. It is one of the more professional SC films, but still feels too much like an after hours Showtime movie at some points. A sex scene will just start to heat up and then we fade to another scene. And, why, besides adding "realism", does there ever have to be any men in these movies? Trust me when I say, most of the people who watch these movies don't want them to have more plot as it is a four letter word and don't want to see shots of a man getting blown as they moan, "Yeah baby." This is a good introduction to Seduction Cinema, but future features of Julian and Misty make it look bad.

Misty arrives at the house of her beautiful aunt, seemingly unhappy to be there, or anywhere. She is perhaps supposed to come off as shy, but instead seems to guard her feelings more like a trauma survivor, and hunches over, holding herself in a classic defensive pose.
Despite her turning down the offer of a bath to "freshen up" after her trip, Misty's aunt runs her one anyway, providing us with the movie's first (full frontal) nudity at only four minutes in. The filmmakers definitely aren't slow starters.
While soaking in the tub, Misty can hear the sexual panting and sighing her aunt is making in the other room. Going to have a peek, she discovers her aunt is masturbating on the couch. She sneaks away before she gets caught, though it is hard to imagine the aunt didn't plan on being discovered.
After a shopping trip, in which we only see Misty and the aunt wandering around the street, the duo return home with clothes and the aunt commands Misty to "strip!" in what seems like an unnecessarily aggressive way, especially considering the extreme withdrawn nature she has already exhibited.
We are treated to a montage of the girls trying on different outfits, but more interesting for the viewer is the fact that they appear in different states of undress, Misty at first not wearing a bra, and then not wearing any panties. Exposure from the aunt stops at a topless shot, and then both women appear in lingerie.
Apparently Misty's problem is that she doesn't think that she's attractive, and boys don't like her. She asks her aunt about "touching myself", like the older woman was doing last night. "When you're older, I'll tell you all about it," says aunt Inga. How old is Misty supposed to be? And why do you have to be a certain age before you can masturbate?
Misty meets a cute boy who mows her aunt's lawn, a potential love interest, though she is too shy to look him in the eye.

The shy, body dysmorphic Misty apparently doesn't need much encouragement when it comes to having her first sexual experience. She and Billy make out, and he suggests they play a game where she wears a blindfold and touches his fully clothed body.
"I never felt one before," she says. "I thought it would be smaller, but this one's pretty big."

It just doesn't work for me. I found it very amusing that in "The Seduction of Misty Mundae" she complains to Julian Wells about not having any breasts and how she looks like a young girl. The real truth is that her lack of breasts works in her favor. If her body had any semblance of womanhood, she wouldn't be as popular as she is today. She would not be the horny "girl next door" Mundae anymore if she actually showed signs of maturity. In "The Seduction of Misty Mundae", the filmmakers have finally found the absolute perfect role for her.
"The Seduction of Misty Mundae" exploits "young girl" Mundae for everything she's worth. She gets to play the shy girl who goes to her Aunt Julian's house for a week of fun and frolic. It is a testament to Mundae's acting skills that I actually believed she was as innocent as she said she was. When Misty hears Julian pleasuring herself at night, this stirs up some longing in her. She wants to learn more and she wants it now. The young guy in the neighborhood starts hitting on Misty. This leads to a shocking scene where Misty Mundae actually makes out with a guy! Soon Julian will show her that being with another woman can be just as fun, if not more so. Misty watches Julian have sex with a girlfriend and she likes what she sees. This all leads to the triumphant grand finale where Julian Wells helps with Misty's sex education by having an all night love session by the fireplace.
Julian Wells, unlike Mundae, is a grown woman and gets to show Misty how women do things as Aunt Inga. I really enjoyed the clothes changing scene where you get to see the stark contrast between girlish Mundae, who doesn't need to wear a bra, and tall woman Wells, who looks hot in her all black lingerie outfit. Wells tries to comfort Mundae on her lack of bra size by wishing she didn't have to wear one like Mundae. Mundae still looks longingly at Wells and her womanly body. It's Wells who makes this movie happen for me. Their sex scene at the end of the flick was fantastic. Those two go very well together.
"The Seduction of Misty Mundae" is not the typical Seduction Cinema offering. It's done very seriously unlike the usual light hearted lesbian flicks they crank out. It wouldn't have worked if they didn't have good actresses for the main roles. Julian Wells and Misty Mundae are the best ones they've got. I might even go so far as to say that they are the only good actresses they've got, although Erika Smith and AJ Khan are kind of amusing. You know the movie is serious when they quote a Ph.D. on the cover of the DVD box! I was hoping the quote was going to be from Dr. I.M Horny of Sapphic University but I think it was actually a sincere quote. Misty arrives at her Aunt's house in the fall when the leaves are changing color. You see, the changing of the seasons symbolizes Mundae's changing into a woman. It's all part of the circle of life. Am I thinking too much about this? Possibly

Misty(Erin Brown AKA Misty Mundae)is a naive, sad teenager whose mother has personal problems opting for her to remain with "Aunt" Inga(Julian Wells)for the time being. She notices Inga pleasuring herself one night and this strikes a curiosity in Misty that grows throughout her stay. This sexual awakening really increases when a young man named Billy(Mario Duchi)shows up at Inga's one day. Misty likes Billy and hopes sparks fly. But, Misty finds that she is actually quite attracted to her own sex when, one night at Inga's reluctant suggestion, she watches her "Aunt" make love to another woman. Deep inside Misty urges for Inga begin to become ever so strong which will culminate as time goes by. Misty's fire for the touch of a female is torched when she witnesses an orgy while out at a party with Billy. Misty's desire for Inga will not go away as she will attempt to let her feelings be known.
Perhaps one of Seduction Cinema's most "straightest" adult erotica, this flick will still be quite a treat for Misty fans even though she dials it down a notch. There isn't anything new or really fresh as it pertains to the story..I mean a young woman's sexual awakening and subsequent emergence into lesbianism isn't something that hasn't been touched on before. But, these films come down to the female leads and Misty is able to make her character doe-eyed, innocent, curious, and sweet which makes the erotic impact of her desires work wonders for those into this type of story regarding a young woman's dive into the arts of passion. As you'd expect(..and probably hope)there is a long, lesbian love-making scene at the end where Inga and Misty can relinquish their lustful passion for one another.

I couldn't disagree with Mr. Mansfield more. I think people want to see the seduction. What happened to the art of seduction anyway? I turn on a porno and within 6 seconds I see someone's Johnson or I have to listen to a parade of corny jokes by dumb blond bimbos. This movie is different. I am happy to say the art of seduction is alive and well in the Seduction of Misty Mundae. Misty Mundae does an excellent job of portraying herself as a teen virgin sent off by her mother to spend time with her Aunt Inga.
I saw it on Showtime and it blows away (no pun intended) their other mundane collection of soft porn movies. We need more seductive and erotic tales like this. The problem is that they take some time and effort and creativity to produce. Jackie Treehorn said to the Dude "People forget that the brain is the biggest erogenous zone."
