Love the show the best!!!!!

I think the show is one of the best ever!!! but i heard it got cancel ed in the USA, but why when its so FUNNY!!! Its not exactly original but it works.

First we have the popular HOTTIE Parker(So gorgeous) Then there's Paige the dumb blonde(so funny) And Penny the angrymisfi(sofunny and evil) Then little Patton the little one who'sobsessedwith girls (so cute) And Finally Pearce the oddball (He's sofunny, and mad) even with the not original characters its still the best!!!! my best episode is the Pilot its so sweet when Parker sticks up for his brothers when that girl Brooke its calling them Losers. and i like that one when Patton likes that girl Chelsea but she has a dog called twinkle and twinkle does't like him so he makes Pearce keep him under control so he can be with chelsea alone and when Patton nd Chelsea come in the kitchen and Pearce and the dog are sharing Spagetti nd meatballs it made me laugh so much!!!! !!!!!!!!!!recommend to everyone too watch it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

At first i thought this show was crap. then its suckiness made me addicted and now i watch it religiously. it has some really good parts to it. even my sister who couldn't believe i was watching it watched it without me last Wednesday. it has its dumb moments but i really really like it now. the show grows on you i guess. all the actors and actresses are really good and natural. i especially love johnny k lewis i think his name is. He was Gilby on sausage factory. omg and "You like it?" . this show makes me laugh so hard i almost cry. its hilarious. the cheerleading episode where paige said that really mean stuff about the people in the yearbook was so funny. oh and pattons problem. this show is really funny, even though NONE of the quintuplets look remotely alike! i love it so much. its awesome.

Good show! That should have lasted!!

This show just amazed me. It made me laugh every 5 seconds. There are many great comedy shows like The Office or Malcolm in the Middle or Two and a Half Men but THIS show gets the award. Watching it makes me feel like I'm in another world where humor never ends. It is tragic that this show got canceled after 2 seasons. If I was rich, I'd donate my money so they can make season 3,4,5,6,7,8 and so on. When the last episode of Season 2 ended the show, it felt like a world ended. The guy who played 'Patton' is a genius actor. Never ever seen a character as funny as him. (Maybe Dwight on the Office might be as funny as Patton). I sincerely hope that in a better universe, this show makes it to season 9.

In my humble opinion, I think that quintuplets was a entertaining show. It was of course not a high-class drama or anything. It was a simple comedy for kids and teenagers. It did what it was suppose to do entertain and make people laugh. I started to tune in regularly when they pulled it off the air. It deserved at least another couple of seasons at least another couple of episodes. For me and for all the other teenage kids just looking for a laugh, they should have kept it on for a little longer. I do not believe that shows should be immediately taken off the air without even a chance to prove they might be a better show. Thank you very much for listening , if u did or not.

Poor Andy Richter. He had a great gig on Late Night with Conan O'Brien. Then he left and started doing films. He got his own TV series - "Any Richter Controls the Universe" - which was a pretty good show, and like all good TV shows, got cancelled. Now, he ends up with THIS. This is one of the most insipid little programs ever to hit the airwaves. It is all that is bad about cheesy sitcoms, and worse. However, unlike (for example) "Here's My Bush", this isn't a spoof. Nope, this is just raw badness served up to the masses. All I can say is, avoid this unless you like constant lame jokes accompanied by a laugh track. Even Andy knows this show sucks, but hey he has to pay the bills.

Don't waste your time.

I'm not a huge fan of American comedies, but this was just the pits. The very worst of the worst. The casting is terrible - I realise the whole quintuplets concept is not supposed to be realistic, but this is just too far fetched. They've gone too far with the stereotyping of the quintuplets. The actors all deliver their lines in the same unremarkable manner that is typical of bad comedies. The jokes and one-liners are neither original nor funny. Every single attempt at a joke has been ripped off some other show. The whole thing was very predictable. Don't waste your time watching it - this show will only make you want to bash your head against a wall. I'd like my thirty minutes back please.

I loved the show. I think it is very funny and it has character. I mean the show is full of things that could happen to kids in real life, but things that rarely do happen to kids in real life, so it's fun to watch and enjoy. The show is basically based on the lives of 5 quints, but it has humor to the show.. like having Patton (Ryan Pinkston) build a stripper pole 'to hold up the ceiling' in last night's episode all to get a cell phone. And then the mom, Carol, taking stripping/pole/areobic classes.. just adds more humor to the show. And then in last week's episode with Patton having 'guy problems'. It adds loads of humor to the show.. it's great.

The only thing I dislike about the show, is that the quints look nothing alike. I think the directors could have taken more time to find actors and actresses to fit the parts better.. like looking alike more. But on another note, all of the actors and actresses they chose are all very talented and I love them all. But overall I think Quintuplets is one of the best sitcoms on FOX as of now.

I've seen a few episodes now, and I think it's funny. There's some good writing in there, lots of good laughs.

So what if the quints aren't identical? It's not impossible to have fraternal quints. Unlikely, but so is having quints in the first place!

The most recent episode I saw (where they're trying to get a new van) was hilarious. It was great to see Bob ("Bulldog" from "Frasier") guest starring as their competition.

I look forward to seeing more episodes. I enjoy everyone in the cast. Each of the kids is quite a character! Give it a shot, you'll be sure to have some laughs. Great new series.

Who says a sitcom has to be believable?

Okay, it's not the best show in the world. It's not even close to being the best show on this summer.

But for anyone out there whose main complaint is that it's not believable because the kids are too different and look nothing like their parents, all I can say is that if you're looking for realism, maybe you need to start watching the History Channel. No one watches a Fox sitcom so they can turn it off afterwards and think, "Well, that was realistic. Very satisfying in its ability to be not at all off-the-wall." Well, it turns out maybe they do.

The show itself needs some work. The jokes are often too obvious, and sometimes "goofy" fails to equal "funny". But it's reasonably addictive, and, overall, a good way to spend a half-hour without having to think or really do anything except just enjoy the simplicity of it all. And maybe it'll get more clever this fall.

I have always been a critic of movies and television. Ever since I was a small child, I could watch a TV show or a movie and decide for myself if it was "GOOD" or "BAD" or "Just O.K." In this intense, scary world that we live in, "QUINTUPLETS" is the perfect remedy for the blues! Why the "reviews" for this show have been so bad, I'll never know. Andy Richter's hilarity is used to perfect effect, especially in his scenes with Patton (Ryan Pinkston) and Pierce (Johnny Lewis), who are the funniest of the Quints, which also includes Penny, Paige, and Parker. I think that people who write in and trash this show are either depressed and unhappy in their own lives, or they are wide-eyed right-wing fanatics wondering what happened to "Leave It To Beaver." Didn't you love the episode where Patton joined the cheerleading squad so that he could be close to the girls, but later quit because he got an erection during every practice? PRICELESS! If you don't find humor in this show, switch over to PAX and watch repeats of "DR. QUINN, MEDICINE WOMAN."

but not the best sitcom on TV. I like it. It's funny and entertaining, but a little cheesy at times. It's definitely better than most of the reality crap that's aired these days. Everyone says that it has ruined Andy Richter's career, I tend to disagree. Just give it a chance, every show gets better with age. "Worst sitcom ever?" Method & Red anyone?

And for those who say it's unrealistic because the kids don't all look alike? Get over it. It's just a show, it's not supposed to be taken that seriously.

And for those who say it's bad and should be cancelled immediately? Just change the channel.

It's Not That Bad!

This show isn't all that bad. Everybody says its horrible and has ruined Andy Richter's career but I watch this show and I like it. I particularly like Ryan Pinkston (Patton). I think that everybody just has to give it a chance because it is a good show and its just as funny as any other comedy. I don't want it to be canceled! I want everybody to give it a chance because once you do you will like it! I don't know why everybody hates this show! But the people who do hate it don't know the difference between good TV and bad TV. I don't have anything against the people who hate this show and want it canceled but they haven't given it a chance yet so of course they're going to hate it. You have to watch a couple episodes first. I watched the first episode and I thought it was just another show, like any other, but then i watched the next episode and I started to like it so I just want people to give it a chance.

A very funny show that deserves a chance to blossom.

I really enjoy watching this show although it does focus on sex a lot. Usually it is the shorter of the siblings who is focused on seeing a naked female. My favorite character is Peirce (the weird one) as he actually reminds me of one of my own sons. For those who don't like the show...give it a chance. I think the whole idea of a family of quints and their parents is a novel one and deserves a chance. I really enjoyed the episode in which just played recently where the kids are trying to go to a college frat party and the boys wind up naked in the trunk of a car while a college guy is revelling in the "running of the boobs" in Canada. Another funny episode is the one where the family is trying to get a new mini-van by competing against another quint family to do a commercial for the auto company that makes the vehicle. The kids are very good in their roles and the show focuses on their differences in a very entertaining way.

I think they were shooting for Married...With Children territory with this one, but they forgot to make it funny. They also forgot to leave out the "heartwarming, uplifting" dollop of sentiment at the end. The combination of unfunny low humor and unconvincing schmaltz adds up to DON'T WATCH.

Andy Richter is too ironic-sarcastic to fit in with the predictable cute-popular vs. goofy-unpopular teen dichotomy, which is itself far too obvious to be interesting. It doesn't help that the actors playing the kids are marginal at best, and completely unbelievable as siblings. Rebecca Creskoff is a typical sitcom mom, very much like the character she played on Greetings From Tucson.

i was appalled to witness the spectacle a few commenters made about what a waste of time this series is. i was sickened. There isn't anything bad about this show except that there's only 1 new episode a week and that the episodes are only half an hour short.

With a great cast ((Andy Richter, Ryan Pinkston.. April Matson))

and great witty writers (( U Likey)) there's nothing gritty about Andy Richters come-back hit with it's colorful characters and the ditzy daughter definitely adds flavour toi the show unfortunately there was one line that wasn't so good as far as I've seen ((No that would be u baldi-locks)) otherwise its a perfect smash hit which ill enjoy taping and watching mindlessly over and over again.. Better than you would expect

I caught this show one night just by accident, and I've been hooked ever since. Considering all the trash that is on TV these days and how we're all overloaded with reality shows and their pathetic sequels, I would say the Quints is a fresh breath of air.

The combination of five kids who basically look nothing alike is pretty funny in of itself, but Patton, the hormonally challenged quint, is definitely the best. There is nothing outstanding about this sitcom, including the actors' so-so performances, but I think it's entertaining, enjoyable, and something to brighten your summer evenings.

This isn't some disgustingly fuzzy show with slow emotional music and a moral at the end like Full House, nor is it equal to the caliber of comedies that run for years, but Quints is unique and fun.

I couldn't help feeling slightly annoyed with ppl who think this show sux. All the characters are hilarious in their own way. I like Paige's diztiness and self-obsession, Penny's snippiness and bitterness, Parker's popularity obsession, Patton's obsession for girls and Pearce's oddness. I also like Carol and Bob because they don't really seem to understand or want to understand the quints.

Anyhow I truly enjoy this show whatever anyone says. It's funny and I really like the highlights of each character. If you don't like this show I think you're missing out a lot. Anyhow this is what I honestly think of the show.

Okay, well personally, I liked the show. I thought it was pretty funny and it did a good job of showing how kids that age really act. There were the two preps, the i-hate-this-family chick, the dorky kid who thinks he's a stud, and an energetic thinks-he's-cool nerd. The mom ruined party plans that the preps had and they got grief about it at school. Then the parents decided to go to a Springsteen concert on a Saturday night, so the kids had the party at their house.

I'll admit, the episode shouldn't be rewarded 5 stars, but personally, I liked it. Give the show a chance. It could turn around and be great. Knowing Fox, the show probably won't last more than one season. Oh well. I liked it and I'll be disappointed if it's discontinued. So like I said, give the show a chance. A 30 minute episode which seemed rushed because of The Simple Life 2 doesn't really give a good first impression. Just watch it! It should get better!

I like the show. I like the concept. What ruins it for me is the father, Andy Richter. I think he's just not my idea of a good looking guy, and it sorta ruins the show for me. Plus his voice is annoying, and I leave the room during long scenes that he's in. And the "You likey" line from Ryan Pinkston (sorry Ryan, even though you are from my hometown. . .). I think they pick on Penny a little too much, and play down her looks, but i guess that's what they're going for. . I mean she's just as pretty as the other girl, just not a blonde. Anyway, I watch when I can. Keep up the good work.

Dear Andy Richter, What happened? You came out of the side-kick gig swinging, and I thought "Andy Richter Controls the Universe" was damn near a KO. But you gave that up for this?

"Quintuplets" is like a cheap polyester rip-off of Malcolm in the Middle without anything original to redeem it. It's a steaming pile of vomit that belittles the actors in it. None of the people in it are as bad as the whole, and that's the sad thing. I assume the writers are at least semi-human, but they've done this cast a disservice. I hope that all of the people involved get a chance to get out soon and find other work that sustains them.

But Andy, if you need to pay the rent, and that's why you took this, call me, I'll hook you up brother. Otherwise, leave this stinker and wait it out for something worth your talents.

Unoriginal, uninspired and ultimately unfunny.

I just watched the first episode of Quintuplets. I didn't have high expectations from the start considering I only heard about this show a couple of days ago and only watched it tonight because I had nothing better to do and I actually kind of liked Andy Richter Controls the Universe.

The show is about Andy, his wife and their quints. Apparently the thought process behind this was that the more kids they have in the family the more stereotypical teens they can represent. There are 3 boys and 2 girls. Now of them we have the standard popular boy and girl. Then there's the dark haired outcast girl with glasses who hates everything yet secretly and desperately wants the popularity of her pretty blond sister. And then there's the other two boys one being a goofy gangly type and the other a short horndog. And of course the parents are just what you expect, they want the best for their kids but are desperate for some alone time.

Andy Richter has taken a step backward in my opinion. His first show was pretty funny; this show is not. It is trite summer fodder. At best I might have cracked a smile once or twice, but I most certainly didn't laugh, not even a chuckle.

A cute and inoffensive family sitcom... but Richter deserves much better

The Fox network, widely known amongst those paying attention as a network that takes a sadistic delight in strapping their own viewers to a rack and torturing them as often as possible, seems to be making a slow turn back toward sanity. It is going to be like turning around a cruise ship to win back the fans it has disgusted over the years, but if Fox is willing to put the years of commitment in, they might just get back on our good side. Their first breakthrough: the implementation of a "year round season", by which shows debut in the spring, summer and fall so there is a constant oscillation of new product, and with it a realization that sweeps periods have become utterly irrelevant. I like it. This, along with the impending return of the canceled "Family Guy" is as close to an admission of wrongdoing as we will ever get. It is refreshing and welcome. Plus, now that Gail Berman has moved on, Fox has a chance to undo all of her damage (as some of the decade's best show's have been killed off under her watch) and might get its footing back.

The first show out of the pipe in this new summer season is creator Mark Reisman ("The In-Laws") and Imagine Television's "Quintuplets" and it is just the height of irony that a format so ground-breaking is used to roll out a show so unremarkable. The premise sounds interesting. Remember those "Primetime Live" yearly specials celebrating In Vitro fertilization by checking in with the hectic life of the McCaughey septuplets or the Dilly sextuplets? We don't see those anymore do we? "Quintuplets" is a comedy about two parents (Andy Richter and Rebecca Creskoff) who raising their 5 twins who have now grown up beyond the age of being cute bundles of joy and into wild teenagers. But from minute one the show plays exactly like any other family sitcom - except with 5 kids.

The real disappointment is Brian Grazer's Imagine - a company who has plowed a name for itself with such innovative delights as "24" and "Arrested Development". If "Quintuplets" is Imagine's attempt to inject some spunk into the traditional single camera, studio-audience family sitcom it is hard to tell much of a difference between it and, say, "Still Standing" (which, thanks to the comic skill of its stars, can be much funnier).

The show is light and inoffensive, the story lines a good tick above the norm. All 5 young actors look like they are having fun and are the stars of the series. There is an enthusiasm about the show (the show runners try their best in an uphill battle) and amongst the young cast that isn't in most of this by-the-numbers genre. It is a good thing that they don't seem to know that these characters aren't entirely original. My eyes can't help but roll at the outlandish goof-ball act of Johnny Lewis ("Undressed"), Jake McDorman plays the high school stud, Parker, we've seen a thousand times and the dynamic between sisters Paige (Sarah Wright) and Penny (April Matson) is a carbon copy of Bridget and Kerry in "8 Simple Rules". On the other hand it is kind of fun to watch Ryan Pinkston ("Punk'd") chew up the scenery as pint-sized womanizer Payton.

Creskoff is passable as a sitcom mom with a sense of humor, but it is almost unbearable watching Andy Richter in this thing. After waiting so long to find his perfect star vehicle in the brilliant, inspired and ignore "Andy Richter Controls the Universe", Richter deserves so much better than to have a hit in a thankless bumbling father role.

On a side note, while I'm not going to rally for its return, "Quintuplets" was canceled by Fox despite solid ratings - actually a hit in its first season. I guess the strategy at Fox is to just put something on hiatus long enough that hopefully people will forget about it. Its more evidence that it is network suits, not ratings, that are determining what viewers watch now. Some things never change.

No morals, no standards and no conclusion

I was disappointed by this show. A sitcom about quintuplets and the trials and tribulations between them and their parents. With most new sitcoms i decided to give this one a chance. I watched a few episodes and found that a lot of the episodes were left open ended, but not for dramatic effect, it was almost like everything was rushed because they ran out of airtime.

Most teen programmes have morals as well almost like "learning curves" but this one doesn't, its almost as if anything goes, such as bigamy, as their next door neighbour has two partners! This becomes quite frustrating after a while.

I appreciate that this show is handling something totally different and trying a different approach but to what expense? Yes, its funny at times but not brilliant.

Quintuplets is Amazing!

Can I just say my brother told me about this show, so one day i happened to watch it and as soon as i did i fell in Love with it. It is absolutely amazing. i can't believe it has been cancelled without a chance. It is amazing. I am going to enjoy all 20 something episodes and probably tape them so i can watch them many times over.

I think the casting is brilliant especially the kid playing Patten and the scripts are very well written with many stories intertwining. If you a comedy buff you should definitely watch it and if not you should definitely watch it for a giggle.

If you have never seen it but end up stumbling across it somehow my advice to you is watch it as it is a very clever program with very adult humour in it. Don't miss out!
