Pizza guy is going to make his special Hoppin' Poppin' Pepper Pizza for TV! To make this special pizza very special, Pizza guy and the Higgly Kids travel to all corners of Higglytown in search of the perferct Hoppin Poppin Pepper. And just when the Higgly gang finally find the perfect Hoppin Poppin' Pepper in the swamp, the Pizza Van breaks down! The get out of this jam and to television studio in time the Higgly gang is going to need the help of our hero, the Mechanic, to fix the van! Tune in to "Good Afternoon, Higglytown" as it gets Hoppin' good!/ The Higgly Kids and Grand Pop Crink are having barnyard fun. The kids learn about all the good uses of hay while they load and deliver Crink's bales to Farmer Lulu. After all their hard work Grand-pop offer the kids a rewarding bowl of home-made ice cream. But, when GrandPop is getting his ice cream preparations ready he notices there isn't any milk left! Before things get too sour, Grandpop and the kids enlist the talents of Bessie the cow, who'll serve up the best and creamiest milk to make ice-cream.

When a big storm threatens Wayne's birthday party, things go from bad to worse when Pizza guy's new "pizza pellets" are spilled and the tiny pellets swell into large blobs of dough. It'll take all the heroes to save the day!

Fripp is driving the Higgly kids to a weekend camping trip. He sings a song about the joys of roughin' it in the wilderness. After they arrive and manage to set up camp it's time for a campfire story. The kids have heard all Fripp's stories before except the story of the mysterious Higgsquatch. Fripp sings them a song describing the hairy beast. Afterwards the kids want to know if Higgsquatch is real. Fripp explains that many have claimed to see Higgsquatch but nobody has any proof. They decide to stay awake and hopefully see for themselves. Fripp sings about how to stay awake but everyone falls asleep. The next morning they see signs that Higgsquatch was there. But they have no proof. Enter the Photographer. She sets up a camera and, the following night, gets a picture of Higgsquatch. Instead of releasing the photo they toss it away.

Plunkie takes the kids to the beach. Everyone plays in the water except Twinkle. She doesn't want to get her hair wet. Plunkie gives her a sparkly bathing cap and she happily joins the others in the water. They sing about playing at the beach. Suddenlya seagull plucks the cap off Twink's head. Pizza guy gets it back but then a dolphin grabs it. The cap now appears to be lost for good. Enter the Sub Captain. The kids get in his sub and find Twinkle's bathing cap./ Eubie has been invited to be the ring bearer at his cousin Ooba's wedding. Mellie & Zooter sing about wedding days and mention how Eubie will have to dance at the reception. Eubie is panicked. He doesn't know how to dance. Twinkle, Pizza Guy & Fripp each teach Eubie some moves --Ballet, break dancing & dicso. Unfortunately Eubie will need to Ballroom dance at the wedding. How will he ever learn? Enter the Dance Instructor. After one lesson he knows all the moves.
