- This film is very moving and real and has a great family value to it. However, it is probably the saddest documentary i've seen. Five people are shown slowly withering away and eventually dying from cancer. The most upsetting parts being the families recounting the last moments with their loved ones. one man dies onscreen, his body is shown being taken away. The last patient, a man suffering from terminal lung cancer, is shown in great detail going from all there to losing all bowel and bladder control (he is shown wearing adult diapers as a result), to not being able to breath and he dies. his body is shown wrapped in a blanket as he is taken away.
