The Controller of Planet X: Well now, let's enjoy the main event. The last chapter in the Godzilla saga.

Narrator: Wars and pollution, relentless fighting and environmental destruction, have all awakened vicious monsters. Humankind therefore joins forces with one another in order to drive off the monsters, instead of killing each other. Thus, the Earth Defense Force is born. Meanwhile, a new race of humans with supernatural abilities, called mutants, was discovered around the globe. The Earth Defense Force gathers them and puts them into a league called the M Organization. Douglas Gordon: [after Godzilla shoots down the Gotengo] Son of a bitch... He just wont quit!

M-Facility Soldier Katsunori Kazama: Hey, wait. Why did you hold back? You think you would beat me?
Earth Defense Force Soldier Shin'ichi Ôzaki: No. No, you're the winner.
M-Facility Soldier Katsunori Kazama: Hey, listen. Just remember one thing: In real combat it's all about killing. You can't listen to your conscience on the battlefield.
Earth Defense Force Soldier Shin'ichi Ôzaki: If we don't have a conscience, how can we protect people?

UN Molecular Biologist Miyuki Otonashi: I think you'll find I'm not cranky at all.

Douglas Gordon: Hmph. The Gotengo's our last hope, you say? Nope, you're wrong. Our last hope is here.

UN Molecular Biologist Miyuki Otonashi: Thank goodness. It's all over at last.
Earth Defense Force Soldier Shin'ichi Ôzaki: No, it's not over. It's just a new beginning.

Earth Defense Force Soldier Shin'ichi Ôzaki: And M-base levels affects the level of telepathic ability. And that's why you can control the Gigan and mutants, right?
The Controller of Planet X: Pretty smart for an earthling. You see, the mutants here on the earth are in fact our inner bred ancestors.
Earth Defense Force Soldier Shin'ichi Ôzaki: So, how come you couldn't control me, huh?
The Controller of Planet X: Because you're a special case. Your powers not evolved yet.
Earth Defense Force Soldier Shin'ichi Ôzaki: Evolved?

It so happens that both of us are Kaisers. You have powers that surpass those any human or Xilian, but instead you prefer to live with cattle.

Douglas Gordon: Don't miss the train.

New York Cop: Five minutes, five seconds doesn't freaking matter, 'cuase I'm gonna bust you up.

Area G worker: The Gotengo survived. It seems though we're not the only ones left.
Glenn: Really?
Area G worker: Really? Is that you can say is "really?"
Glenn: The world is ruined. There's nothing we can do. I just want to be left in peace.
Area G worker: Well, they said they're coming.
Glenn: What? Here? What are they coming here for?
Area G worker: They're coming to wake up Godzilla.
Glenn: [spits out tea] Is that a wise thing to do? Releasing him?
