We get to see an attractive female scientist who happens to be portrayed by an attractive actress.
The small twins are shown to wear midriff revealing their stomach. (they happen to be the first female characters to wear midriff with their belly shown in a Godzilla series)

Humans, mutants and aliens fight with no mercy constantly through the film. There is also several shootouts and assaults, along with a dozen people being mind-controlled and turned into something like a zombie. Most of these scenes have mild gore apart from the rare few that have blood stains and splatters, along with people dying in large numbers.
Being a giant monster film, hundreds upon hundreds of buildings are destroyed, and entire cities get levelled and decimated.
PG-13 violence type: blood, gore and brutal.
Severe violence, but nothing exceeding a PG-13 rating or what would typically be found in an average violent superhero film.

This movies has the second most swearing in a Godzilla movie. The first one being Godzilla King of the Monsters (2019).
A New York cop is yelling at someone and says "you shut the hell up." But it is clearly dubbed because if you look at his lips he is saying "you shut the f**k up."
Mild language here and there, including 3 or 4 uses of "s**t",And 1 Word Of B**ch

Monster X and Keizer Ghidorah have dark and evil designs, albeit very cool for children who are used to it. The transformation scene where Monster X becomes Keizer Ghidorah might be scary to young viewers who are not used to things like it.
Hedorah's design is weird and potentially frightening, being a pollution creature made of slop with protrusions that shoot out fatal chemical gas
Controller X is by-far the most vile and evil esthetic villain in the Godzilla franchise yet.
Both of Gigan's versions in this movie, especially his later chainsaw version, may be very frightening to younger viewers.
