home cort is really bad

John allen nelson guests as a former life guard that returns to make some crooked deals and piss off some of the regulars like billy warlock ... i guess making rescues isn't showy enough so the writers and producer dream up these garbage in garbage out plots to keep everyone employed ... i'm surprised the show lasted the season before being cancelled
