- Brief underwater nude scene of a woman swimming underwater surrounded by the usual mass of bubbles and water current. About as explicit as you might see in 'Cosmo'. It is at the beginning and repeated part-way through.
- Brief love-making scene with no nudity, just above the head and shoulders (about as explicit as one might see on evening TV) partway through.
- A woman is seen lifting her dress to view her genitals, is seen by the viewers.
- A woman is seen sitting on the toilet fully dressed and we hear her urinating.

- Police-state heavies do some shooting and mix it up a bit with the citizenry. Fairly light actually for a movie which takes place in a police-state.
Profanity

- The movie is thematically based about extracting dollar/consumer value from love-making/sex so the "F"-word is mentioned aprox. 10 times.
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

- One character tries to commit suicide by overdose, with pill-popping in a few other scenes. Overall it's a fairly anti-drug sentiment by the 'good guys'.
