- There is blood when bailing but it's very mild and is unrealistic. Sometimes when bailing, your skater will say "ah my ankle" or "my knee" and they will clutch them.
- Like the other games in the series, there are some unlockable bails videos which shows skaters injuring themselves while trying to perform tricks. One part in the end credits shows the aftermath of a Neversoft developer who knocked some of his teeth out while skating. Some blood is shown in a sink and in his mouth.
