This program was the French Canadian version of America's popular 1950-1967 game show What's My Line? (1950). This French-speaking version was broadcast in Canada from 1954 to 1959. The 1954 host of this version, Louis Morisset, appeared as a contestant on the American version on January 18, 1959. The French title, "Chacun son métier," translates from French to English as "To Each His Job."
