BERLIN -- Universal Studios Networks Deutschland, the German television arm of NBC Universal, has signed its first package deals with the Walt Disney Co.'s Buena Vista International, giving Universal's German pay channels Sci Fi and 13th Street rights to three BVI series, including Alias, and six feature films -- among them Spike Lee's 25th Hour and James Brolin's Brothers in Arms, USN Deutschland program head Corinna Scholz said Wednesday. "After signing agreements with MGM and Columbia, we are very happy to have, with Disney, another Hollywood major as a supplier," Scholz said in an interview. BVI declined comment.
