Arrested Development's ratings were low by Fox's standards and they dropped the show. Showtime made an offer to air a fourth season, but the creator Mitchell Hurwitz declined, claiming to be burnt out on the show.

TVShack.net has all the seasons, without commercials, but they are missing a few episodes (9-11 I believe) of Season 3.

Hulu airs each season in rotation. I believe it is currently airing seaons 3 (2/3/2011)

If you're asking this, then you've probably been skipping the "On the next Arrested Development" segments. They're not actually previews for the next episode, they're conclusions to the story. The banana stand was rebuilt in the "On the next" segment of the second episode, Top Banana.
Tracy Bluth died 2 years before the show began, after a coma (according to the episode "For British Eyes Only") while suffering from ovarian cancer (implied in the episode "Prison Break-In"). The episode "Whistler's Mother" implies Michael and Tracy knew each other since high school, if not earlier, and the episode "Public Relations" reveals they married during his second year of college. According to Gob in "The Immaculate Election", Michael had knocked her up before they married. Tracy is played by Maria Thayer in the season 4 episode "It Gets Better," her debut on the show in person.
"The Final Countdown" by Europe
It was written specifically for this show by its composor David Schwartz. It's called "You Here With Me." An instrumental version (without lyrics) can be heard in Beef Consomme and much later in Exit Strategy.
"Gonna Get Together," by Leroy
"Cry Love" by John Hiatt
"The Sound of Silence" by Simon & Garfunkel
The bleeps are a joke, so they're kept on the DVDs and Netflix, with one exception. You can watch either the TV version of the Pilot or the Extended Pilot on DVD. The TV version's bleeped, and the extended version isn't.
Deleted scenes for most episodes, commentaries for three episodes per season (the Pilot, Beef Consomme, Let 'em Eat Cake, Good Grief, Ready, Aim, Marry Me, The Righteous Brothers, 2 Rita episodes and Development Arrested), some documentaries, and blooper reels for seasons 2 and 3.
Fünke is not a real surname, but Funke (without an umlaut) is a German surname.
Buster's real name is Byron Bluth.
"Gob" (pronounced "jobe") is from his initials: George Oscar Bluth.
"Annyong" is the Korean word for "hello," ironically, his real name is "Hel-loh."
Maeby's real name is Mae Fünke.
Lucille Bluth is called "Gangy" by Maeby and George Michael, a slang term for grandmother.
George Sr. is often referred to as Pop-Pop by George Michael and Maeby.

At least seven years. This gap in between years is referred to in Season 4 as "the great dark period".
Season one episode 10, "Pier Pressure". There are more references in the fourth season, including Flight of the Phoenix.
Throughout the series, they are rich enough to afford a glamorous lifestyle. Gob once used the company's money to buy a boat. However, it has also been mentioned that they couldn't afford to buy a new car or a new house. When George Sr. was in charge of the company, it likely made a lot of money. After he went to jail, Lucille Bluth secretly ran the company and likely was able to keep the cash flowing. It has been a running gag in the series that the family are not really rich, and each member of the family embezzles money from Bluth businesses in their own creative way.
Yes. Examples include the "Saw-the-woman-in-half" trick, the "Aztec Tomb", escape from the coffin trick, and others. But most of these are common sense solutions to the magic tricks, and not anything really important.
