  • Shots of a woman's cleavage can be seen but not of sexual nature. She is leaning downwards to peer under the kitchen sink.
  • Period Blood is shown in one of the girl's undergarments when she's sleeping.
  • Blood is shown flowing down the ghost's legs through skirt for a fraction of seconds in a scene.

  • A girl is seen with bruises on her arms, heavily implying that she is being physically abused.
  • An abusive stepmother forcibly removes a young girl from her bed and throws her into a closet, locking her in.
  • A woman at a dinner table starts convulsing before she falls on the floor and starts thrashing in a violent seizure.
  • A young girl snaps a bird's neck.
  • A woman is attempting to throw a cement sculpture onto a helpless young girls' face as she lays on the floor, but as she is about to, the camera pulls away and the audience sees nothing, but next we see the girls' corner of the girl's forehead full of blood and the cement sculpture in pieces, indicating that it happened offscreen.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • At least one character spends the majority of her scenes in varying degrees of terror.
  • A terrified young girl gets locked up into a closet; we hear her scream and cry hysterically.
  • A woman has a seizure; we see her screaming horrifically and then she vomits.
  • There are several "jump" scenes, and the majority of the movie has a disturbing, frightening tone. The most frightening scenes-- and there are plenty --are quite intense. Disturbing images and scenes abound.

Violence & Gore

  • A woman slams a young girl into the door of a medicine cabinet, shattering the glass.
  • A woman is stabbed in the hand with scissors by a young girl, after the woman threatens to throw boiling water on her. The woman falls on spilled pins and needles and screams. A young girl is knocked out due to her head being badly hit against a table.
  • A woman repeatedly and brutally uses a large stick to beat a canvas sack containing a (dead or dying) young girl while another young girl watches in horror. We don't see the actual contents of the bag, however the contents are very strongly implied.
  • On more than one occasion, canvas sacks with varying amount of blood on them, many containing dismembered and/or badly twisted body parts, suddenly move and/or twitch.
  • The bloody ghost of a young girl is seen hiding under the sink.
  • A young girl finds her mother has hung herself in a wardrobe. She tries to free her mother, causing the wardrobe to fall on to her. The camera shows her scratching the wardrobe desperately to get it off of her, so we see her bloody torn fingers briefly. She then convulses and dies.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • A woman walks into a room and is promptly confronted by the bloody ghost of a young girl, which crawls out of a closet. Then she crawls back in terror before she screams hysterically, indicating that she has been killed offscreen.
  • A young girl is confronted in her bed by a twitchy and disembodied ghost with a broken neck, as it climbs onto her bed the ghost has blood dripping down its legs before a hand reaches out from under its dress to grab the young girl, who then promptly wakes up.
  • On more than one occasion, canvas sacks with varying amount of blood on them, many containing dismembered and/or badly twisted body parts, suddenly move and/or twitch.
  • The bloody ghost of a young girl is seen hiding under the sink.
