My Dear Kuttichathan is the all time biggest grossing film in Malayalam history. The first 3D film ever made in India was made in Mollywood in 1984 and was a smash hit across the subcontinent. Once again, the film did huge business and was a two time blockbuster. Now, producers at Navodaya are trying to turn the same trick a third time with newly shot footage of contemporary actors, including pan-Indian film star Prakash Raj, and inserting it into a third version of My Dear Kuttichathan 3D.Only time will tell if this ends up being a good idea, though...
