Writer/Director Edward Jordon searched various "Whatever Happened To..." websites for a film and TV veteran to play the pivotal role of "Delilah Leigh", a reclusive actress who hasn't worked in many years.
There is a photo of James T. Aubrey hanging on the wall of "Bollywood and Vine's" fictitious heroine, Delilah Leigh. The late Mr. Aubrey was onetime President of CBS Television, ABC Television and MGM Studios. He was the real-life father of actress Skye Aubrey who plays Delilah Leigh.
When plans to film inside a "Sunset Boulevard" type mansion fell through, star Skye Aubrey allowed the directors to use her own home.
Many of the smaller roles were filled by Skye Aubrey's acting students.
The screenplay is loosely based on the ancient Hindu legend of Mohini and Shiva.
