- A young man ties a teen girl to a bed, forcing her legs apart to tie at opposite ends of the foot of the bed. She nervously says, "don't touch me." He ties her ankle and then leaves. A young man makes a sexual gesture with his hand and mouth toward a teenage girl and she returns some and that makes one of the teenagers upset, they follow her into her house to carjack her.
- A teenager wears a low cut crop top with tight jeans and a revealing abdomen, some parts of her belly button can be seen in one short, her cleavage is visible along with her bra string. Her father comments about the outfit that his daughter is wearing (a shirt that reads "Burn It" and shows her midriff and cleavage) by saying that men see it as a sexual invitation. He tells her to change her outfit.
- A man makes a sexist remark about men, it is slightly sexual.

- A house is set on fire, flames burn in a room where two men are trapped and we see them catch on fire; while the house begins to crumble, a man shoots a young man, a man is shot in the side (we see his bloody wound later), a man is hit with a Molotov cocktail and then shot, and a young man throws a couple of Molotov cocktails and we see him engulfed in flames.
- A SWAT shoots a man in the abdomen. The blood seeps down to his jeans as a result of his injuries, which are evident in the gauzes covering the blood on his hip in a scene inside an emergency vehicle.
- When a young man is grabbed and thrown from a banister, his head is crashes hard on the wooden floor (blood from his mouth and nose drips onto a man's hand as he thrashes). Another man then rushes trying to revive him. While that man pleads for help, The same man also shoots him in the chest; both of them die, and the wounded man watches his brother die before passing away.
- A teenage girl stabs a young man in the face after the boy is shoved by the young man. The young man screams and pulls the knife out, leaving a lot of blood on his face and making a squishing sound as he does so. The two are then pursued by the man as he crawls like a spider in an intense chase through the ventilation vents.
- Two men enter a cabin with a syndicate that holds a woman and her daughter at gunpoint. One of the men shoots a thug in the head (blood squibs and he falls) this causes a gun war resulting in multiple men dead. One is shot in the head violently and another in the chest (blood mists) another in the head and chest and he collapses on the ground and thrashes violently; dead. (Blood puddles from their corpses as they lay there dead).
- Two people break into a wealthy man's home. A young woman is gagged by one, and a boy by another. Two individuals enter and confront the father with firearms. They shout at him and compel him to hand up the automobile keys. When things go bad, one of the insane men repeatedly strikes him on the head with a gun butt while his kids watch and scream (we later see the man with blood on his forehead and face).
- A teenage girl kicks a young man in the cheek (blood drools of his face), he tries to grab her, and she and a boy run, scampering through air vents; the young man chases them, they climb out into a room, the young man grabs the teenage girl's foot and tries to pull her back inside the vent but they get away and hide in a room with bulletproof glass while the young man on the other side he breaks the glass, tries to shoot the glass and then smears blood letters on the glass.
- A man points a gun at a cop for a helicopter while on a balcony, a man has a gun pointed at another woman's head. They both scream and we hear a shot, it turns out to scare him off. The man wanders off and the woman is pulled back in the house screaming for help.
- A man drives while being held at gunpoint, he stops the car, he is handcuffed to the steering wheel, and two other men hold him: a van door is opened to show the man that his wife and daughter are bound and gagged, and he struggles while the hostages scream.
- A SWAT fires at a man, injuring him, and then the man kills him by tossing a Molotov cocktail, engulfing him in flames. The injured officer then joins in and begins shooting the other man until he empties his chamber. The SWAT officer is killed, and the man approaching the children is holding two cocktails.
- A man walks into the living room with his shirt and mouth covered in blood. His one Molotov cocktail is thrown on a pile of money and then he holds the last one, and ultimately drops it on himself causing him to douse in flames and die (a young woman screams in terror).
- We hear several gunshots and see flashes of light, then we see a man dead on the floor with smearing and splattering of blood on the wall behind him, and we see a bound and gagged woman who has been shot to death (there are splatters of blood on the wall behind her) and a young boy who has a very bloody neck wound (blood gushes from the wound and then the boy falls still); a man holds the boy and we see his very bloody hands.
- A cop arrives at a man's gate, responding to a silent alarm, unaware that a man (holding a gun) is just on the other side. When she gets suspicious, he suddenly fires through the opening, hitting her in the shoulder. As she turns away with a crippled arm, he shoots her in the back, mortally wounding her. He then shoots at another cop in his car, hitting it several times and the woman leaves a trail of blood through the paveway.

- The movie is focused on violence, and tense situations
- There is a very tense chase scene in a ventilation shaft.
- One of the characters is a sociopath who stalks and butchers his victims.
- The movie is very tragic and intense.
- Two children are trapped in a panic room while their house burns down.
- The opening scene is VERY shocking.
- When a group of thugs kidnaps a man, they open the van to reveal his wife and daughter bound and gagged (the man screams and cries).
- A man terrorizes a woman and kid.
- A woman who intends to leave her house suddenly gets gagged by an intruder (she breathes in panic and fear).
- A woman on a balcony is held by a man at gunpoint begging a negotiator to help him while two other men argue and threaten him with a gun.
- The final standoff with the thugs is very intense and sudden.
- Some viewers may find it unsettling to see a man make difficult decisions to save someone else's family-even his own family-while thugs hold his family captive.
- The chase scene in the vents could frighten some viewers.
- The film has graphic violence, with fire bloodshed/squirting blood

- A young woman shows a little cleavage (in a non-provocative manner). A young man blows marijuana smoke in a teenage girl's face and rests his head on her chest (she is bound). That same man also chokes young woman and tells her she is his girl and has an attraction with her, just about he dies he the girl and the man stare at each other in a relation matter.
Violence & Gore
- A young boy tries to help his tied up sister evade from from a psychopathic man. Unexpectedly the man appears up at the doorway. The little boy draws a gun at the man and the child's sister says/argues him to shoot him. The man walks closer. The child squeezes the trigger and finds that the weapon is in secure mode. The man snatches the gun from the boy and pushes him to the ground. The woman at that point hurries up and cuts the lace on her wrist, losing control and sticking the shiv inside the man's mouth. Both run missing in a sudden rush. The man pulls the shiv out of his cheek and blood gushes out from the cut. The scene at that point shows up him chasing children through the house's huge (ventilation) shafts like a crawling insect. The police officer tunes in each yell on the phone. The man is seen grabbing her leg with the blade and pulling her in (she over and over kicks his messed up face, causing all the blood from his wounds to spill on his shirt, and yells unusually/amazingly noisily and confusingly). They both go to take refuge in the panic room, on the way, the boy drops his sister's cell phone. The man climbs out of the vents and the young woman closes and seals the door some time before he can reach it. Both stow (not there; not present) inside the room. A man breaks the outside layer of a two-way reflective glass and puts his bloody hand print on it, and after that shoots the bulletproof glass multiple times while the young woman and boy on the other side shields each other (but aren't hurt). After the failed shots, he smears blood from his mouth and lips, composes the letters "Burn It" on a two-way reflect and puts places his bloody hand print on the glass, causing that he will burn down the house though both the child and his sister are there in danger as they look terrified.
- A young lady and a child are held captive and they are seen tied up on a bed yell at each other, the both fall on the floor finding a bong underneath the bed used to cut the ropes. Three young men come in the room. A hostage (who is tied up) gets untied from his sister and thrown by a man to two teenagers and they tie him up in his own room. The boy escapes with bloody hands and cuts the duct tape from a glass of a bong.
- On a phone a villain says "Your family is fucking dead!"
- Violence is infrequent but still pretty graphic.
- A car is driven through a large iron gate and Molotov cocktails are thrown at it, setting it ablaze.
