Tremendous Effort On This Event
JROTCLE222 April 2005
Warning: Spoilers
This introduced the Elimination Chamber to wrestling fans. An amazing structure which made Hell In The Cell look like a toy. You can tell that the wrestlers were trying to get use to it, because things did seem to move slow at the beginning. RVD was the most impressive in the Chamber. The Womens Division takes one more step ahead with a hardcore title match with Trish and Victoria. The post match interviews on DVD are amazing, because the wrestlers are telling the truth and it gives matches like the two i just mentioned a little more flare, because it cannot be easy on these athletes to take so much pain and yet still hear people say it is fake. Overall, 9 stars, this event deserves it.

Great Survivor Series
Terryfan9 July 2015
Warning: Spoilers
The Survivor Series has been known for moments you would never seen coming. And this Survivor Series has everything you would want as a wrestling fan. This is one of the best Survivor Series Events every match is worth watching.

While it does lack the Survivor Series Elimination Matches it makes up for it for all the matches feature also Saliva performs their song "Always" which was the theme song for Survivor Series 2002 from Madison Square Garden in New York City

Now let's get onto the review

1. The Dudley Boyz (Bubba Ray and Spike Dudley) and Jeff Hardy vs 3- Minute Warning (Rosey and Jamal) and Rico Six-man elimination tables match. The fans were still getting inside the arena as the match started. And this was a great way to start the Survivor Series and also show what was in store for that night also we see the return of D- Von. All the spots in this match were awesome this match was a very good opening match.

Rating: 8 out of 10

2.Billy Kidman vs Jamie Noble with Nidia for the WWE Cruiserweight Championship. Now the Cruiserweight division at this time was red hot rarely were you not given your money's worth but this match worth your time both men gave us a very good match to watch.

Rating: 8 out of 10

3.Victoria Vs Trish Stratus Hardcore match for the WWE Women's Championship.

This remains one of my favorite women wrestling match both Trish and Victoria just beat the heck out of each other with the weapons they used and the fans respected them for their battle. Both women did really well together and prove that hardcore matches can also be for the women.

Rating: 9 out of 10

4.The Big Show vs Brock Lesnar with Paul Heyman for the WWE Championship Now the build up for this match was smart and it gave Brock a chance to prove the doubters wrong in this match he did everything they say he could do. While this match started off slow the climax of the match was shocker city and you wouldn't have never thought it would happen.

Rating: 8 out of 10

5.Los Guerreros (Eddie and Chavo Guerrero) vs Kurt Angle and Chris Benoit vs Edge and Rey Mysterio Three-way elimination match for the WWE Tag Team Championship

This match feature many great spots and it contain some of the best wrestlers to ever enter the ring so this match is really worth your time it is just gold.

Rating: 9 out of 10

6.Shawn Michaels vs Triple H (with Ric Flair) vs Rob Van Dam vs Booker T vs Kane vs Chris Jericho Elimination Chamber match for the World Heavyweight Championship

It's always a gamble when you debut a new gimmick match but this match is really worth all the hype and all the build up that went into it. This match combine of Hell IN a Cell with War games. This match feature extreme and excellent spots through out the whole match. All six men gave it all they had to survive in this match there are a lot of great spots along with RVD doing the five star frog splash onto Triple H from one of the cages and Shawn Michaels second match since his return and it prove that he still had what made him the showstopper the head liner the main event

Rating: 10 out of 10

This is one of the rarest times in a wrestling show on Pay Per View when all the wrestling matches is worth watching together because this was a excellent Survivor Series

I give WWE Survivor Series 2002 an 9 out of 10

Survivor Series 2002
An excellent PPV.

ALL of the matches were brilliant.

Match 1 saw Jeff Hardy and Bubba and Spike Dudley taking on 3 Minute Warning and Rico in a tables match. This was a very good contest. At the end D-Von Dudley runs to the ring and reunites with Bubba. The crowd go wild for his return. (He was saddled with a worthless Reverend gimmick on Smackdown!previously)

Then Jamie Noble puts his Cruiserweight Championship on the line, as he defends the title against Billy Kimdan in a cracking contest. If only McMahon could get his 'WWE is a big mans promotion idea' out of his head!

Then Trish Stratus puts her Women's title on the line against Victoria in a very good hardcore match. Victoria wins. Next up Brock Lesnar defends his WWE Championship against Big Show in a hard hitting battle. The Big Show wins when Paul Heyman screws Brock out of the title.

Then Edge and Rey Mysterio put their WWE tag team gold on the line as they take on Los Guerrero's and Kurt Angle and Chris Benoit in a fantastic battle. Los Guerrero's win. Next up Chris Nowinski and Matt Hardy talk about New Yorkers being losers and being stupid. Then the emergency sirens echo throughout the arena. Scott Steiner makes his debut! The Madison Square Garden fans go NUTS for Steiner. Steiner then destroys these two.

Then 6 superstars put their careers on the line in a first Elimination Chamber match. Kane, RVD, Booker T, HBK, Y2J and Triple H all make history. HBK wins when he Seet Chin Music's HHH. The fans go NUTS for HBK's win.

The only real disappointment is that no traditional 8 man tags were on the card, but what this show lacked, it made up in the matches.

Tables Match - 9/10 Kidman vs Noble - 9/10 Women's match - 9/10 Lesnar vs Show - 9/10 Triple Threat Tag match - 10/10 Elimination Chamber match - 10/10

The Best WWE PPV Of 2002
Big Movie Fan20 November 2002
Warning: Spoilers
The IMDB user who first reviewed this event-luke_bannon-said that Survivor Series 2002 was the best PPV of the year. I have to agree one hundred percent with those comments. It really was the best. It had great matches from start to finish and a couple of surprises. I would have liked an appearance from Hulk Hogan but after viewing this event, I forgot that minor fact.

***SPOILERS AHEAD***

The opening match pitted Spike, Bubba Ray and Jeff Hardy in a tables match against 3 Minute Warning and Rico. This was just fantastic and funny in parts. At certain points throughout the match, Rosie and Jamal looked like Humpty Dumpty falling off the wall. Bubba Ray got the win for his team.

Billy Kidman defeated Jamie Noble in a fantastic match for the cruiserweight title despite the best efforts of Nidia (who I believe has a future in the WWE).

The beautiful but mysterious Victoria beat the gorgeous Trish Stratus in a hardcore match for the Women's Title. Okay, I would have preferred a lingerie match but it was a decent match and the second title switch of the night.

Then, the Big Show challenged Brock Lesnar for the WWE Title. This match was quite short but good nonetheless. Brock put up a real fight against the Big Show. In a shocker, Paul Heyman turned on Brock and helped the Big Show take the belt in the third consecutive title switch. This is the way wrestling should be-unpredictable and full of surprises. No doubt Brock will get his revenge on Heyman and the Big Show at some point.

Los Guerreros won the tag titles by beating Chris Benoit & Kurt Angle and Edge & Rey Mysterio Jr. in a superb match from start to finish. This was the fourth consecutive title switch.

Big Poppa Pump made a surprise appearance before the main event wasting Matt Hardy and Nowinski. I knew Steiner had signed with WWE but his appearance was totally unexpected and exciting because he no doubt has some exciting matches ahead with the likes of Brock, Triple H and the rest.

Then came the Elimination Chamber match featuring Shawn Michaels, Rob Van Dam, Kane, Booker T, Triple H and Chris Jericho. I wasn't expecting much from this match because I had watched similar themed matches in WCW at their Fall Brawl and WrestleWar events. In WCW, they had WarGames cage matches which on occasion were abysmal. However, the Elimination Chamber match was phenomenal and the guys just risked their health to entertain us fans. I had a feeling lightning would strike for the fifth time that night and that a title would switch hands. There were some great moments throughout the match. Towards the end, Chris Jericho and Triple H-who had been teaming throughout the event-turned on each other like rabid wolves and fought. The end battle was between Shawn Michaels and Triple H. Credit really must go to Michaels. His back isn't 100 percent better and he's 37 years of age (which IS NOT OLD except for wrestlers)but he still put on a performance which blew us away and he won the WWE championship.

A great event not only for the matches but because of the knock-on effect it will have for future WWE events. Who will Womens Champion Victoria defend against next? Will Brock get his hands on that worm Heyman? Who will Big Poppa Pump target first? And where does Shawn Michaels go from here? You can bet I-and many others-will be tuning in to find out.

What an awesome night to fight for Survival!!
morantjavonte9 June 2023
Warning: Spoilers
Survivor Series 2002 Thoughts

Survivor Series 2002 was the 16th annual Survivor Series PPV event produced by the WWE. The event took place at the world's most famous arena, Madison Square Garden in New York City with a sold out attendance of 17,930 and a great buyrate of 340,000. This survivor series is notable for being the first in Survivor Series event in multiple categories. It was the first Survivor Series under the new WWE name as the World Wrestling Federation was changed to World Wrestling Entertainment in May of 2002 due to a name dispute lawsuit in which "WWF" would now go only for World Wildlife Fund. It was also the first Survivor Series of the Ruthless Agreesion era and the first post the introduction of the Brand Extension.

The show featured 6 matches under the main card and for the second time since the birth of the PPV in 1987, we did not have a traditional survivor series match placed on the card (the other year being 1998). Instead we were introduced to the Elimination Chamber which in storyline was a match concept created by then-raw general manager Eric Bischoff. Going into the show, no one knew what to expect as the match didn't have the rules explained till moments before the match. Triple H defended the World Heavyweight Championship against Shawn Michaels (who had just returned out if retirement months prior), Chris Jericho, Rob Van Dam, Booker T and Kane. Triple H was used as the top guy as Austin was on a leave-of-absence after backstage disputes of booking and The Rock was off to Hollywood again. We also had Big Show battled Brock Lesnar for the WWE Championship and the legendary Smackdown Six in action for the WWE Tag Team Championships. We had some other great matches I'll get too. I lastly will like to conclude this was the re-debut of Scott Steiner. Too bad his run didn't go well.

The Good - Boy the star power. Remember this is a year many will look back and say the WWE declined slowly. Reality, it was all of what was being followed. The legendary period of the Attitude Era ended and we were off to a new generation with many changes. When you look at the power of this show, it shows how under appreciated we as fans can be. The Elimination Chamber was an awesome match and of course a successful idea that played out well. Brutal selling with the structure and the crowd loved the match. RVD accidentally gave Triple H a legit throat injury after doing a dangerous frog splash from the top of the pod. HHH deserved praise for fighting throw the injury and finishing the match. It was also a touching moment seeing Shawn Michaels win the belt as it told a story when he had unfortunately retired over 4 years ago. I also thought the opening was awesome and the crowd was on fire for it too. The spots were sloppy but most of them executed perfectly. Jeff Hardy's Swanton was a major highlight. Dudleys reuniting at the end too was smart as neither stars were doing much in their singles run. I enjoyed the WWE Cruiserweight Championship & Women's Championship match too. It was rare at the time for either division with the competitors involved to get the amount of time they had to show talent. The WWE Tag Team Championship match was fun and enjoyable. I think their No Mercy match and divided matches they had on Smackdown television were much better but the storyline involving Benoit & Angle struggling to work together was fun. All 6 competitors did well.

The Meh - By far our weakest match was more of a mini brawl than an actual match. Not sure if the quick timing was to protect Lesnar due to injury or because of Big Show's bad shape. Either way the ending angle was by far the big surprise. Lesnar also turning face weeks heading up into this match was the right call based on crowd response. I'm not sure if Big Show was right to be the person to end the undefeated streak and take the title but they needed to get that belt away from Lesnar some how to set up that dream feud of him and Kurt Angle.

The Bad - Nothing to really be over critical.

Overall - A tremendous show all around. 5 title changes across the show is wild but it wasn't a recurring thing so it felt like a big thing that happened this night. The WWE months before this already had another excellent PPV (SummerSlam) and to have this too with great build up shows how hot the Ruthless Agreesion was at during this start.

Score - 9 out of 10: Awesome

0 = Terrible : 1 = Bad/Lackluster : 2 = Decent : 3 = Good : 4 = Awesome : 5 = One of the Best of all Time :

1. 3 Minute Warning & Rico vs. Jeff Hardy, Spike Dudley & Bubba Ray Dudley (Tables Elimination Tag) - 4/5

2. Billy Kidman vs. Jamie Noble: WWE Cruiserweight Championship - 3.5/5

3. Victoria vs. Trish Stratus: WWE Women's Championship (Hardcore Rules) - 3/5

4. Brock Lesnar vs. Big Show: WWE Championship - 2/5

5. Kurt Angle & Chris Benoit vs. Los Guerreros vs. Edge & Rey Mysterio: WWE Tag Team Championship (Elimination Match) - 3.5/5

6. Shawn Michaels vs. Triple H vs. Chris Jericho vs. Rob Van Dam vs. Kane vs. Booker T: World Heavyweight Championship (Elimination Chamber) - 4.5/5

Best Match - Elimination Chamber Match

Worst Match - Brock Lesnar vs. Big Show (weakest)

Most Memorable Moment - A lot too remember. I'm going to pick Shawn Michael's title celebration.

Most Memorable Moment

Top 5 Performers

1. Shawn Michaels - Outstanding Performance

2. Triple H - Outstanding Performance with injury

3. Chris Jericho - Great Performance

4. Rob Van Dam - Took a dangerous spot

5. Kurt Angle & Chris Benoit - Great Performance.

The Elimination Chamber match debuts at Survivor Series
kliko4003 April 2007
Warning: Spoilers
The Elimination Chamber match debuts here at Survivor Series, where 6 men go at it in the first ever brutal structure for the World Heavyweight Championship.

FIRST MATCH- 3 MINUTE WARNING {RICO, JAMAL & ROSEY} VS. JEFF HARDY, BUBBA RAY DUDLEY & SPIKE DUDLEY IN A 6-MAN TABLES MATCH Good way to start off the show, a tables match is an okay match with nothing bad about it. Bubba Ray & Rico are the last men, shockingly D-Von Dudley comes & does a 3-D with Bubba on Rico through a table to win the match. It looks like the Dudley Boys are back. 5/10

SECOND MATCH- JAMIE NOBLE W/ NIDIA VS. BILLY KIDMAN FOR THE WWE CRUISERWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP A very fast paced & excellent Cruiserweight match-up. This is what Cruiserweight is all about. Billy Kidman nails the Shooting Star Press on Jamie Noble for the win & to become the new WWE Cruiserweight Champion. 5/10

THIRD MATCH- VICTORIA VS. TRISH STRATUS IN A FIRST EVER HARDCORE WOMEN'S MATCH FOR THE WWE WOMEN'S CHAMPIONSHIP Well what do you know, a Hardcore Women's match, man wrestling rules for sure. It would of been a pretty sloppy match, but including weapons in it makes it more interesting. Victoria wins but I forgot how to become the new WWE Women's Champion. 4/10

FOURTH MATCH- EDGE & REY MYSTERIO VS. LOS GUERREROS VS. KURT ANGLE & CHRIS BENOIT IN A 3 WAY ELIMINATION TAG TEAM MATCH FOR THE WWE TAG TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP Easily & surprisingly the best match of the night, no kidding. This match was so fast paced that you can hardly even keep up with the action that is happening. Los Guerreros overcome the teams & win but I forgot how to become the new WWE Tag Team Champions. 6/10

FIFTH MATCH- BROCK LESNAR W/ PAUL HEYMAN VS. BIG SHOW FOR THE WWE CHAMPIONSHIP It was a boring match which didn't really take long, but I've got to be honest, the match was becoming more interesting when Brock Lesnar unbelievably picked up the Big Show & nailed an F-5 that not only shocked the fans in attendance, but also shocked me. Paul Heyman pulls the referee out of the ring before he makes the 3 count, Lesnar chases Heyman in the ring which leads to Big Show nailing Brock Lesnar with a chair followed by a Chokeslam on the chair for the win & to become the new WWE Champion. But the shock in this match is that Paul Heyman has betrayed & screwed Brock Lesnar. 4/10

SIXTH MATCH- TRIPLE H VS. BOOKER T VS. ROB VAN DAM VS. CHRIS JERICHO VS. KANE VS. SHAWN MICHAELS IN A FIRST EVER 6 MAN ELIMINATION CHAMBER MATCH FOR THE WORLD HEAVYWEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP The main event is here & the Elimination Chamber debuts here at Survivor Series, this will definitely be in the history books. A great match & a bit brutal which off course you would expect from a match like this. HHH & Michaels are the last ones in the brutal structure. Michaels nails the Sweet Chin Music on HHH for the win, as Michaels is not only the sole survivor in this brutal match, but is the World Heavyweight Champion as well. 5/10

This Survivor Series will definitely go down in the history books as all Championships have changed hands here tonight. Great Survivor Series as it is definitely watchable & recommendable to anyone.

Overall I'll give it 8/10 & a B+

2 years later
stingblow3 January 2005
Warning: Spoilers
With the third elimination chamber match coming up in 6 days, i'd like to look back at the event that featured the first EC match. At the time my thoughts on this event were that it was very good. The Main Event was awesome and the undercard featured some good matches. Fast-Forward 2 years later and the question pops up: Has it aged very well?

Match #1: Bubba Ray/Spike/Jeff Hardy vs. 3-minute warning/Rico

This is a tables match. Forget about actual wrestling, this is a spotfest, and a decent one. Guys are flying through tables left and right. In the End, D-Von comes to the rescue to eliminate Rico and reunite the Dudleyz. Not Bad. 7/10

Match #2: Jamie Noble vs. Billy Kidman

Cruiser Title is on the line here. This is a fine little match that shows the talent these guys have. Good wrestling and a clean finish that sees Kidman pick up the win with the SSP. 7/10

Match #3: Trish vs. Victoria

Hardcore rules and offcourse the women's championship is on the line. This is as good as the Women's Division will ever be, as the spots are well worked out and the Match has a decent flow. 6.5/10 however its 9.5/10 by female standards.

Match #4: Brock Lesnar vs. Big Show

WWE Title Match. Paul Heyman turns on Brock and Show wins the Title in a bad match that never got started. When you have a Title match on PPV that people pay to see, at least you could make your title matches last longer than 4 minutes. 2/10

Match #5: Edge/Mysterio vs. Angle/Benoit vs. Los Guerreros

This match disappointed me back then, and it still does. The Match is good, but after all the GREAT matches these combinations had about 2 months prior, the expectations were so high, that you could wonder if they could ever live up to them. Still a solid performance by everybody, but that magical level is never reached. 8/10

Match #6: Elimation Chamber

Okey, my opinion on the matches hasn't really changed much, if nothing at all. Save this match. I gave it 10/10 upon first viewing, now i give it 6/10. Yes, the first time it was unique, never seen before and original. It still is original in some degree, only the match feels so slow. (Especially after RVD is eliminated) I think Triple H's injury really hurt this match. The last 12 minutes the match just fell apart. Its a shame, cause it started off great. 6/10

SS 02 still is a good event. Nothing crazy-good but really decent and with stellar performances overall. 7/10

Landmark in some ways, disappointing in others
gridoon202428 October 2017
Warning: Spoilers
"Survivor Series 2002" will always be remembered chiefly for introducing the "Elimination Chamber" match; we take it for granted today, but back then it was, as Jim Ross says, uncharted territory. Yet I found the most entertaining match of the show to be the opener, a 6-man tag team elimination table match, which features a lot of high-impact, high-risk moves and a crowd-pleasing ending. The cruiserweight match that follows gets a little overshadowed by what preceded it. The "hardcore rules" match between Trish and Victoria gives a shot in the arm of the women's division; Victoria plays crazy very well, her body is awesome and her outfit is killer, and Trish is at her most flexible, but the ending is unfortunately abrupt. The WWE title match is more of a storyline setup, but seeing Brock Lesnar deliver an F-5 to the mighty Big Show is impressive indeed. The tag team match is no match for the classic in "No Mercy 2002" - considering the names involved, it is strangely subdued. There is too much talk on the whole (there is actually a 30-minute stretch with no wrestling at all!), and the primary camera position is distracting - it faces straight into the entrance of the wrestlers instead of on the crowd like it usually happens. Sounds like a petty thing to complain about, but the green of the Survivor Series logo really is distracting.

Elimination Chamber Debut
zkonedog7 March 2022
Warning: Spoilers
The Survivor Series 2002 PPV will likely be most remembered for the debut of the Elimination Chamber match. Unfortunately, I didn't find the rest of the card to be all that much to write home about.

Some further thoughts...

-Seeing the Dudleyz and Jeff Hardy in a tables match seemed like trying to scrape the bottom of the barrel of that concept. Yes, table matches were cool and unique-a number of years ago.

-After the huge push given to Lesnar, it was strange for him to drop the belt in such quick fashion to Big Show. Maybe some behind-the-scenes stuff there that I don't know about.

-The Chamber match itself was okay. Truth be told, though, besides the cool looking nature of the event, I'm not really sold on it being more than a gimmick. Maybe it would need to grow on me a bit more.

Overall, I found this card to be a rather bland event-still heavily pushing the Raw/Smackdown dichotomy (which I dislike) and some pairings/outcomes that didn't thrill me.

Easily the best PPV of 2002 **SPOILERS**
Gary Ballance20 November 2002
Warning: Spoilers
Fantastic stuff from this year's Survivor Series. Absolutely excellent- this is setting the bar for what all their PPVs should be like. Here are the matches on the card:

MATCH 1- Bubba, Spike & Jeff Hardy vs Rico & 3 Minute Warning--TABLES MATCH. Pretty good table match, which thankfully ditches the tag format and goes for mayhem. Good choice. Spike's the first eliminated getting a double flapjack, of sorts, through a table. Rosey goes next after Jeff hits a Swanton bomb off the balcony. Jeff is splashed through a table by Jamal to be elimnated, but Jamal falls victim to a second-rope powerbomb through a table by Bubba. Down to Bubba & Rico, and D-Von makes the save for Bubba, helping him 3D Rico to win. OK. Fairly decent match- watch out for a major flub, as Rico is waiting AGES on the top rope prepping a moonsault for Jeff to push him off and yells "C'MON JEFF, GODDAMMIT!!" (7.5)

MATCH 2- Billy Kidman vs Jamie Noble--CRUISERWEIGHT TITLE MATCH. Brilliant action here. Some great moves by both men- Noble's falcon arrow, suicide dive and vicious DDT from the turnbuckle, plus Kidman's fireman's carry neckbreaker, a back suplex swung into a facebuster, a top rope facebuster and the shooting star press, which picks up the win for Kidman, and the Cruiserweight title. Really enjoyable match. (9)

MATCH 3- Victoria vs Trish Stratus--WOMEN'S TITLE, HARDCORE RULES. Decent stuff here- good use of the broom in the opening moments. Victoria's 'mirror, mirror' promo backstage was quite funny- what a psycho! Anyway, Victoria wins w/ a snap suplex (??) to win the Women' s title. Much better than their No Mercy match. (7)

MATCH 4- Big Show vs Brock Lesnar--WWE UNDISPUTED TITLE MATCH

This match is only about 4 and a half minutes long (due to Lesnar's broken rib) which is a good thing if you ask me. Amazing power by Lesnar as he hits three suplexes on Big Show (back, german and belly to belly) and a brilliant F-5. Incredible. Heyman turns on Lesnar, though, allowing Show to win w/ a chokeslam on a chair. The last time Big Show was champion it was an utter failure (Bossman was #1 contender!!) I hope they know what they're doing. Good match, anyhow- its brevity works in its favour. (8)

MATCH 5- Los Guerreros vs Edge & Mysterio vs Angle & Benoit--3 WAY TAG FOR THE WWE TAG BELTS. Some great action here as usual. Particularly memorable here is the crossface/anklelock double sumission on Edge and a brilliant double pin attempt where Eddy Guerrero sunset flips Benoit, who german suplexes Edge simultaneously. Edge spears Benoit to eliminate his team, after a great misunderstanding between Angle & Benoit. Guerreros make it the 3rd title to change hands as Eddy makes Mysterio tap out to his cloverleaf/sharpshooter hybrid, the Lasso from El Paso. Another fine match from these men. (9)

SCOTT STEINER SEGMENT- Christopher Nowinski & Matt Hardy (Version 1.0) rip on New York until Steiner comes out and destroys both men with suplexes and press slams. Good segment.

MATCH 6- Rob Van Dam vs Triple H vs Kane vs Booker T vs Chris Jericho vs Shawn Michaels--ELIMINATION CHAMBER MATCH FOR THE WORLD TITLE. Brilliant main event- the structure looks fantastic and the set-up of the match (the separate pods) is a great idea. RVD & HHH started out, then Jericho, Booker T, Kane & HBK were released within 5 mins of each other. RVD is first out after a terrible frog splash off one of the pods (he injured HHH landing his knee on his trachea) and a missile dropkick from Booker T. Jericho gets rid of Booker T and Kane w/ Lionsaults, but falls victim to some Sweet Chin Music as he has Triple H in the Walls. HBK wins the title w/ the Sweet Chin Music on Triple H, capping off an amazing number of title changes at the PPV. (10)

OVERALL-- No terrible matches on the card at all. The elimination chamber was outstanding and the tag & cruiserweight matches were very exciting. The only bad things about the event were the end of the women's title match and RVD's elimination. Both a bit weak. Aside from that though, this is the strongest PPV in a good while.
