This movie was made for a Dallas film-making contest, and Burton Gilliam agreed to be in it to help the cause. He's hilarious in it, as usual. (also see the movie "Shtickmen", Burton plays a bit part in that, and he's really funny).
This movie is all about the character that Burton plays, who opens up a photography school for the blind. It's rife with jokes (example- a blind guy is in the developing room, developing a picture, but he's left the lights on... Burton tries to correct him, but, well, what's the use really?). It was shot at AMS Production Group, and most of the cast and crew worked at AMS at the time.
The movie contains a hilarious stunt involving Burton getting creamed by an oncoming truck. It's startling on screen, but ultimately funny and plays well towards the theme of the whole movie. You should definitely check this out if you get a chance, it's well worth the investment in time, and it's funny to boot!
