Gang-fights and corrupt politicians is the subject of this little known movie, which at its core has a nice subject. To wipe the burgeoning gang-wars and corruption, three characters are created representing the Sukh Dev, Bhagat Singh, and Raj Guru of modern day. Despite a nice theme, the film feels preachy and muddled, and the major fault is a lack of a good treatment. The gangsters lack the punches, the narration lacks the coherence, the songs and dances are no better to B features, and the second half goes for preachiness. If the film is watchable, it's for the taut performances of Om Puri and Ashutosh Rana.
