  • A man rapes a woman under a bedsheet. We see their silhouettes, and there is somewhat graphic thrusting motions. This occurs in a room that a man refers to as his "pleasure room."

Violence & Gore

  • Man kills two dogs by kicking them while they are scared and fully covered in bags
  • Around three minutes through: fifty-four teenage school girls jump in front of a moving train in a train station. We see an extreme amount of low-budget FX blood splatter. Before all the girls get run over at once, there is a terrifying closeup of a single girl's head being splattered everywhere by the train. Large amount of blood and gore splatter. To make matters worse, cheerful music is played.
  • A large group of teenagers jump off the roof of a school. We see their bodies falling and blood splatters on the windows.
  • A man stabs a young woman underneath a bed-sheet. We see blood splatter as the woman screams.
  • A woman chopping vegetables proceeds to chop off her own fingers. We see a lot of blood and her chopped hand.
  • We see multiple scenes of people committing suicide in different ways.
  • A man finds an ear on a ledge it pushes it off with a stick.

Profanity

  • Some English subtitles include the word "fuck" more than once.
