Heeramandi: Shruti Sharma Comes Out In Support Of Alamzeb Sharmin Segal. (Photo Credit – Instagram)
It has been almost a week since Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Heeramandi dropped on Netflix, and the show has been criticized for its weak plot. One of the actresses who have to bear the brunt of trolls is Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s niece, Sharmin Segal, who plays one of the leads, Alamzeb.
Sharmin plays Manisha Koirala‘s daughter in the show, who struggles to break the norms of a Kotha and dares to dream of becoming a Shaayra. However, Sharmin’s acting skills and her Urdu diction have been a constant target for the trolls.
For the unversed, the actress is Sanjay Leela Bhansali‘s niece, and she has also been attacked for casting in the series only due to her nepotistic links. Probably due to the excessive trolls, the actress who recently shared a...

Mariah Carey Once Slammed Eminem As Girly Over Their Alleged Relationship Feud ( Photo Credit – Instagram; Facebook )
Singers are creative people, and they express themselves through their songs. Sometimes, they make their songs a medium to shade others or convey their relationship to the world. It gets messy at times, like in the case of Eminem and Mariah Carey. Eminem and Mariah are two of the most eminent musical personalities linked together in the 2000s. It was all over the news, and their feud was among the most talked about.
They have had several relationships over the years and were linked with other people. Mariah and Marshall Bruce Mathers III’s fight took a different level when it was revealed that the Slim Shady rapper saved several voicemails of the songstress and desired to use them to make songs. He even started mentioning their alleged relationship in his songs, especially in his album,...

Did You Know Varun Dhawan Once Rejected Shraddha Kapoor’s Proposal After She Told Him ‘You-Love-i? (Picture Credit: Facebook)
We often come across love stories of actors in the tinsel town. While we have witnessed some solemnizing into marriages, others couldn’t conclude for different reasons. In today’s throwback story, we will tell you about the time when Shraddha Kapoor spilled the beans on her ‘Bachpan ka pyaar’ Varun Dhawan. The duo has worked together in Remo D’Souza’s Abcd 2. Back in the day, Varun and Shraddha’s fathers – David Dhawan and Shakti Kapoor have teamed up for films like Raja Babu, Coolie No 1, and Judwaa.
As seniors worked together, little Shraddha and Varun spent time together on the sets of the film. However, she once revealed that when she was young, she had a crush on her Abcd 2 co-star. Both the actors appeared on Nach Baliye...

Prime Video has acquired the rights to “Wild Isles,” the nature documentary series narrated by David Attenborough, through a deal with distributor Banijay Rights, Amazon announced on Thursday. All five episodes will be available Friday, April 21, a day before Earth Day on April 22.
The docuseries caused a stir in the U.K. when a reputed sixth episode was not shown. The Guardian reported in March that it was withdrawn to avoid upsetting conservative politicians and press, who objected to the project being funded by the World Wildlife Fund.
BBC, however, denied the existence of the additional installment: “This is totally inaccurate, there is no ‘sixth episode.’ ‘Wild Isles’ is — and always was — a five part series and does not shy away from environmental content. We have acquired a separate film for iPlayer from the Rspb and WWF and Silverback Films about people working to preserve and restore the biodiversity of the British Isles.

We all know what a mediocre, likely forgettable film looks and sounds like. They more often than not make back their budget, get lukewarm reviews, occasionally entertain but ultimately leave a sour taste in the mouth, sometimes disappointingly.
But sometimes said films, whether they be popcorn fodder or absurd escapism folly, offer just a little extra, in the form of vital lessons to be taken into superior efforts. They can, it seems, provide a silver lining. Here are some examples.
Predators Teaches Us That Adrien Brody Is an Unlikely Badass
While it may be full of winking in-universe references and generally adventurous action stunts and set pieces, Nimrod Antal’s Predators proved to be a fairly underwhelming and generally unsuccessful attempt to breathe life back into the Predator franchise after the gag reflex testing Alien Vs Predator films.
And fans of the first two movies were downright puzzled when a...

Of all the films in the series, the biggest concern with the upcoming "Alien Anthology" Blu-ray set was by far James Cameron's "Aliens", the film I wouldn't call the best ever made but the one I'm proud to call my single favourite film of all time.
Having undergone a re-release in 2003, Ridley Scott's "Alien" got a major restoration job then so its DVD transfer in the best-selling "Alien Quadrilogy" boxset was similarly impressive. Similarly Scott himself has shown strong work with Blu-ray transfers of his catalogue titles like "Kingdom of Heaven," "Black Hawk Down" and "Blade Runner". His involvement in the Blu-ray transfer of "Alien" was a given and thus it comes as no surprise that it'll look great on Blu-ray.
Cameron on the other hand hasn't been so involved in the format, so there was no guarantee of his supervision. "Aliens" was shot on a film type...
