- A man takes a woman to his office, where she begins to remove her clothing and dance seductively; she ends up in only her panties, the side of her breasts and most of her buttocks is seen, she rubs her leg on the man's crotch, she licks his face and begins to unfasten his pants.
- A man enters a room where a woman stands wearing a bra and thong and he talks about his endowment and tries to seduce her.
- A woman wears tops that reveal her cleavage and her bare midriff throughout the movie.
- Many women in a nightclub wear outfits that reveal cleavage, bare midriffs, bare thighs, bare shoulders and backs.
- Women in a fight club wear skimpy outfits revealing legs and cleavage and midriffs.
- Two men flirt and make references to techniques and endowments.
- A man has a magazine on his desk that has a bare-chested man on the cover and it is suggested that he is homosexual.

Violence & Gore

- A man slams another man's head into a table, and stabs him in the neck with a lobster claw. The claw sinks into his neck, and blood sprays (very graphic), and then the attacker vault across the table and kicks a third man, pinning him to the floor with his foot against his face.
- Su and Miles fight on subway tracks, and Miles throws punches and kicks, but Su blocks and dodges all of them, hitting Miles in the face and kicking him in the legs and stomach. Su doesn't really try to hurt Miles, and the fight isn't very brutal or violent.
- Su and Fait get into a brutal and intense fight in an alley with some bad guys. Blood can be seen on the attackers' faces at times, and Su and Fait repeatedly punch, kick, and throw them into things.
- Two men fight near a plane, and one of them eventually gets the upper hand and wins, bashing the other with some objects at spinning a propellor into his crotch.
- Two women fight for a while until one of them shoots the other several times in the stomach with an uzi (bloody holes visible).
- Two men engage in a heavy shootout in a hangar with mounted machine guns. As this is happening, a man and woman fight each other until the woman grabs an uzi and chases the man, firing at him. Another man escapes in a helicopter, but one of the men with the guns shoots it down, and it crashes in a large explosion.
- Su fights many men inside a cage, beating all of them (some bloodied noses and faces are seen). He uses a dwarf as a weapon, smashing him into others, and he brutally breaks one man's arm (it's twisted the wrong way). He also flips one man over by his belly fat, and rips another man's earring out (moderate amounts of blood seen). He eventually beats all of them and escapes.
- There's a long chase in which several police cars and men on motorcycles pursue a man on a four-wheeler. During this, two police cars crash into each other, and the man on the four-wheeler crashes through a building's window and drives through it as the motorcycle driver follows. He crashes through another window and drives out of the building, landing on a roof, and the motorcycle crashes.
- A man attacks Su with a bottle in a room. Su smashes the bottle and punches and kicks the man back, and the man attacks again. Su again knocks him down, and holds him to the floor with his foot, and blood is seen coming from the man's nose.

- Two men brutally fight in a ring of fire in the end, and one beats the other by pinning him down and force-feeding him a capsule that burns him up from the inside. His skin graphically burns off from the front, briefly exposing some organs before his body decomposes and burns to an ashen skeleton.
