TORONTO -- CTV Inc., Canada's top-rated national network, on Wednesday unveiled a Christmas TV schedule led by holiday-themed U.S. network fare. Toronto-based CTV is steering viewers to a "Chrismukkah" storyline for the Cohens on The O.C., a little girl mistakenly shot ahead of Christmas Eve on ER, and a 9-year-old boy in desperate need of a heart transplant on Grey's Anatomy. And CTV's homegrown comedy Corner Gas will feature a traditional Christmas for the folks in an episode titled "Merry Gasmas." Other perennial favorites planned by CTV include the telefilms Miracle on 34th Street and the 1951 version of A Christmas Carol, which will air Christmas Eve. CTV also plans a Christmas special from Canadian singer Rita MacNeil, and a repeat of Stolen Miracle, a TV movie about a newborn baby kidnapped over Christmas.
