- A man's nude butt is shown.
- A man escapes the police in women's lingerie and high heels and he's picked up by a man who decides to take him for his own pleasure.
- It's hinted that April's boyfriend is cheating on her and even sleeping with other girls. We see hickeys on his neck and he claims it's a ski rash.
- April and Jessica (in a man's body) kiss at prom to make April's boyfriend jealous. Jessica comments "I'm so lesbian right now!" After April's cheating boyfriend storms out in anger. April kisses Jessica again and realizes she's in love with Jessica, although Jessica tells her that she'll always be her best friend and that Jessica is straight and is in love with her own boyfriend.
- A man pulls a young woman's shirt to find a tattoo while they're dancing. Other dancers copy him.
- Jessica (as a man) tries to kiss Billy but Billy rebuffs and refuses to believe that it's actually Jessica.
- There is a scene at a strip club. All women are clothed.
- After Jessica and Clive's souls are returned to their rightful bodies. Clive can be seen in lingerie stripping and a man asks him for a lap dance.
- Jessica's mother attempts to kiss Jessica (while she's trapped in a man's body) twice but Jessica stops her and she asks her if she likes men and Jessica replies "of course I do". Thinking that the man is gay.
- Jessica (in a man's body) is seen giving her mother a bath and her mother makes suggestive noises and Jessica's father walked in on them and is shocked and accuses them of having an affair but they weren't and he kicks Jessica out. Jessica's mom convinces her husband it's not what he thinks and he kisses her and she calls him "daddy" and pulls him and they fall into the tub. Sex is implied.

- An ice cream employee grabs a man's neck and chokes him to make him pay.
- A man kicks another man (a teenage girl in man's body) in the testicles.
- A couple security guards tackle a teenage girl and accuse her of shoplifting after her rival puts something in her bag. And they take the girl away.
- A teenage girl in a car honks her horn to jump scare a man and hits his head on the hood. Done for laughs.
- Jessica (in Clive's body) strangles Clive (in Jessica's body) and demands they switch their soul's to their rightful bodies.
- A man (teenage girl in the man's body) headbutts and knocks out a teenage girl for stealing her boyfriend.
- There's footage on the news of Clive (in Jessica's body) attacking a man in an alley and robs him. There's also a deleted scene of Clive robbing men.
- Billy gets distracted by Jessica (in a man's body) when playing football and ends up getting tackled.
- April sprays pepper spray in Jessica's eyes and makes her fall down a flight of bleachers when she refused to believe Jessica is in a man's body but then Jessica convinces her.
- While playing basketball, a man pushes down another man and elbows him in the face and pushes him down again.
