A traumatic accident causes high schooler Juna to be killed, but as she dies she sees the end of the world, and now has plans to do everything she can to save it.
Juna meets Chris Hawkens, a victim of the virus who has a very fatalistic view on Earth. Juna then attempts to reach out to Hawkens to learn more about him.
