Continuity
When Austin throws the henchman's hat to the ground, it disappears and reappears in between shots.
After Goldmember escapes with Nigel Powers to 2002 in Dr. Evil's time machine, Foxxy and Austin run out and Foxxy is wearing sneakers instead of her gold platform shoes. When you see them again, Foxxy is wearing her gold platform shoes.
When the globe lands on Dr. Evil in the submarine lair, a seaman is standing on the right, holding a huge spanner (wrench). In the next shot, another seaman is standing beside Dr. Evil, and the spanner has disappeared.
When we first see them (from the submarine) there are three shark fins, but we subsequently only ever see two sharks.
In the opening action sequence, right when the Shaguar slams on the brakes allowing the helicopter to pass over, the markings on the road switch back and forth between a double yellow line and a single broken line.
When the globe first lands on Dr. Evil in the submarine lair, the area around Japan is blank. Then in the next few seconds, a model of Dr. Evil's sub appears on the globe.
When Austin goes to Buckingham Palace to receive his knighthood, the exterior shot shows a bare flagpole, which means Queen Elizabeth II is not there. The royal standard flies at any palace where the Queen is present.
In the opening scene, Austin refers to Steven Spielberg as "Sir" Steven Spielberg. While Spielberg has indeed been knighted, he can't use the Sir title as he is not a citizen of a British commonwealth country.
During the flashback scene at the British Intelligence academy, in the dorm room, young Austin is in bed with a girl. Behind him, there is an electric guitar on a stand. It's supposed to be 1958, but the guitar is clearly a modern one, with twin 'humbucker' style pick-ups, which came much later.
A key part of the story in Goldmember is the "MIDAS 22, pure gold meteor." Two problems, pure gold is 24K, and a meteor is the flash of light seen as a meteorite enters and burns in the Earth's atmosphere. Those errors are not consistent with Dr Evil who finished first in his graduating class.
While the New York license plates on the Pimpmobile are period correct, the dollar sign ($) as a character wouldn't be allowed. Then, as is now, only a combination of numbers and letters are authorized for personalized plates.
Dr. Evil says "I don't speak freaky deaky Dutch," when claiming not to understand Goldmember when he talks about Austin Power's "farjsher" (Father). Dr. Evil was brought up by Belgian parents in Bruges which is a French and Flemish-Dutch speaking city. However, By Dr. Evil's own description of his parents throughout the series, and their questionable sanity and extravagance, it would not be surprising for him to never have been taught common-sense skills while living there.
Goldmember mentions both The Bad News Bears (1976) and The Village People. The scene is supposed to be set in 1975. While he may have seen a coming attractions ad for the former, The Village People did not form as a group until 1977.
It's already been established that Goldmember has access to the time machine (having used it to capture Nigel Powers and bring him back to 1975) so it's not anachronistic for him to have learned about and subsequently reference pop culture events that took place after 1975.

When Austin demonstrates the Internet to Foxxy using a QuickTime movie of "America's Funniest Home Videos", the counter on the QuickTime player remains at "00:00" throughout.
When Nigel, Foxxy, and Austin are chasing Goldmember to the submarine, the Mini's speedometer clearly shows that it is not moving. Also, a warning light on the dash indicates that the rear hatch is open.
When Austin and Mini-Me fight in Austin's Tokyo hotel room, they both break what are supposedly champagne bottles to create weapons, but you can clearly see there is no liquid coming out when the bottles shatter.
Around 00:41:07, Dr. Evil's eyes are brown instead of blue all over the movie.
When the henchmen bring Nigel Powers into Dr. Evil's submarine control room, a fish can be seen in the background standing straight up and down like it were caught on a hook.
The pimpmobile has rectangular headlights that came out in 1976 but he returns to 1975.
When Austin travels back to 1975, the disco is playing "A 5th of Beethoven," which came out in 1976.
When Austin enters Goldmember's club in 1975, Foxxy Cleopatra is singing a song that includes a portion of KC and The Sunshine Band's "Shake, Shake, Shake" which wasn't recorded and released until 1976.
The film is set immediately after Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me (1999), which ended in 1999. But the present-day year is listed as 2002.
When Foxxy tells Austin and Nigel to "shut up and turn around, please!", her mouth does not match her dialogue.
In Mr. Roboto's office, when Foxxy is first explaining the subtitles, her lips do not match what she is saying.
Dixie Normous's motorcycle is a twin cylinder BMW R 1200 C Montauk Cruiser, which revs much lower than the sound used in the film.
Quincy Jones is conducting in two different tempos as the camera angle changes while the music remains the same.
When Dr. Evil and Mini-Me are escaping the prison on the motorcycle, you can hear the bike shift gears, but you never see Dr. Evil let off the gas and pull the clutch lever in.
When Austin invites the Fook twins to his bed, Fook Yu trips on a cable running through the shot.
During the opening sequence, when the camera pans over the remote-controlled Shaguar, the driver's seat padding is noticeably bulging from the hidden stunt driver, and the driver's left arm can be seen down by the door.
In the opening "action" sequence of the movie, when the camera first pans over the "Shaguar" to show it is remotely controlled, you can see a reflection of a camera on the end of a white crane filming alongside the car as it drives along.
When Austin is going back to 1975 in his "Pimpmobile," the car looks like it is bouncing on hydraulics. Through the fog, you can see a device moving the car.
When Austin is interviewing Dr. Evil in his prison cell, a boom mic and a person who is definitely not Austin are reflected in the prison door
When Austin accidentally knocks off the power cord of the urinating water fountain, the power outlet is the North American design when it's supposed to be taking place in Japan which doesn't have grounded outlets.
Assuming Nigel Powers' Mini is supposed to be British, the steering wheel is on the wrong side of the car. Left-hand drive versions of the Mini exist, but they're not common in Britain.
During Austin's trip back to 1975, he shows up at Studio 69 Disco, which Dr Evil says is at the "corner of 69th and 8th". There is no such intersection in Manhattan nor in Brooklyn. In Manhattan, 8th Avenue ends at Columbus Circle and continues above 59 Street as Central Park West. Even so, the corner of 69th and Central Park West is completely residential. In Brooklyn, the street that would be 69th in numerical sequence is named Bay Ridge Avenue. That couldn't be the location of the club, anyway, as the exterior view seen when Austin's car arrives at Studio 69 shows the Chrysler Building not far away, while Brooklyn is too far South of Manhattan to offer such a view.
When Foxxy first enters the car with Austin asking to come back to the future, she mentions a roll of micro-film that she found, and says it might be a clue. It is never mentioned again.
According to the film, Austin left school in 1959. That means his family holiday in Belgium was between 1940 and 1944, when Belgium was occupied by the Nazis.
Since Austin's age doesn't change from the freezing process, Nigel should look much older than him, but the age difference doesn't appear to change between the two. Nigel should look 90 rather than 70.
Goldmember curses in German, rather than Netherlands Dutch.
When Austin gets knighted by Queen Elizabeth II, he stands up and turns around. The person is knighted should back away from The Queen.
During the opening scenes, when Dixie Normous somersaults across the screen, part of her wig falls off and lands on the floor in front of her.
Mr. Roboto's subtitle says "Please eat some shitake mushrooms." The joke is that only the first four letters of "shitake" are visible. However, the name of the mushroom is actually spelled "shiitake."
Fook Mi and Fook Yu are called Japanese by Austin, but there is no way that Japanese phonetics could write those names. They could be of Chinese/Cantonese descent or Korean, though.
