Complete garbage.

If you're among the many B-movie fans who think Fred Olen Ray, Jim Wynorski and David DeCoteau lack talent, then you need to take a look at one of Chris Seaver's 'films.' This guy is a complete pinhead with the mentality of an 8-year-old and zero talent at directing, writing OR acting. In short, he could drop off the face of the Earth tomorrow and entertainment community would not know the difference. Anyway, this supposed movie (shot on video, of course!) is a horror-comedy about a bad vampire who wants to steal the large-breasted girlfriend of a nice-guy vampire. That's about it for the story, unless you count one lame attempt at a gross-out gag involving an exaggerated amount of a certain bodily fluid. I could go on for days about how lame, unfunny, irritating and trite this thing is... but I'll pass except to say I got it off Netflix and Netflix has received multiple complaints from renters complaining they feel ripped off by this or other Chris Seaver 'films' and they should stop stocking them. I agree.

My toes are still curled

Greetings from Manila, friends. I will apologize in advance Sorry..my English is not to be very good. But for sure, this movie, was most worrisome with the title of "Scrotal Vengeance". But I have heard this is Lorena Bobbitt's favorite movie. When I saw my female friend eyeing me strangely while this movie was playing, I started perspiring. Luckily, bell rings and we were made to go back to work at sweatshop. Thank you.

Not enough can be said about the brilliance and insanity that Chris Seaver (Writer/Director/President of LBP), brings to his wacky and off-the-wall films.

Scrotal Vengeance follows the antics of Skeet Depula a vampire/human who is out to fight evil. Bethany, Skeet's busty girlfriend, TeenApe the jive-talkin' lady killa (Mascot of LBP) and of course Razor McBleed the Vampire who really needs a therapist and has an obsession with the band Journey.

Like all of Seaver's films, this one never takes itself seriously. Full of comedic performances (most by Jesse Green as Razor), over-the-top dialog, bloody fight scenes, a cameo by Debbie Rochon and a showdown ending between Razor and Skeet that will leave you feeling all warm and squishy inside.

This is really a funny film that seems like it was a good time to make. The acting is rather good, considering the actors are all friends or acquaintances, and have probably had no previous acting experiences. With the exception of being in other LBP films. The film looks good as well. It is well lit, the sound is good and the area used in the final scene was really a great choice of location.
